Pros:

El hotel tiene un excelente servicio en todas sus áreas, siempre que me hospedo en ese hotel lo disfruto mucho. el desayuno es buenísimo, la comida en general.

Cons:

Todo ha ido excelente, solo mi comentario es que posiblemente los baños de las habitaciones requieren de una remodelación, pero en realidad funcionan perfectos. no es queja.

Decepción del Marriot en Tuxtla Gutierrez.
Pros:

El hotel en general es un buen hotel, buena ubicación.

Cons:

Al reservar elegí la opción de desayuno incluido y un piso ejecutivo, pero el desayuno no es desayuno como suele ser, tuve que pagar mas de 1500 por mi familia, y el hotel culpa a Booking, entonces no se sabe quien da la información incorrecta, si Marriot o Booking

La ubicación del lugar y la amabilidad de los trabajadores. Excelente

Cons:

No podíamos controlar la temperatura de la habitación. El aire automático se mantenía en una misma temperatura y nosotras nos morimos de mucho frío por las noche y la madrugada. Eso hacía que nuestros cuerpos se sintieran cansados y tensos. Las sábanas muy bien y la cama , pero eso fue el problema.

An excellent stay at a reasonable price that I would love to return back to.
Pros:

They had wonderful staff that were very polite and mostly good at delivering great service. The men assisting with bags were great. The room had exceptional amenities and the room surprised me as it was actually better than what I was expecting. The view from our room was incredible. The shower/ bath was perfect and easy to use with plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap. They even had a hair dryer. The Marriott logo on the toilet roll was also a nice touch. The fridge was very useful and the complementary water was appreciated. The gym facilities were reasonably good for a 5-star hotel and were very spacious. The pool was also great. Breakfast was also exceptional according to my friend.

Cons:

There was some confusion that wasn’t great as my friend paid for breakfast but was then going to be charged another breakfast fee for returning to pick up a single banana. That seems quite unreasonable, considering that he had paid already and staff refused to believe him so we had to inform reception who had the bill and had to verify. This was quite frustrating. What was also frustrating is I paid for a drink and it took 10 minutes for me to get my change (in an empty bar), making me think they had thought it was a tip. This would’ve been a very large tip, considering its price. I also gave extra change anyway to simplify the calculation for change so they only owed me notes in pesos. The other pool would’ve also been good for kids had it been clean. It was a bit annoying and didn’t make sense that there was only one lift and stairs for going up and down the floors. A sauna would’ve been appreciate and slippers for the pool and/or slippers and a robe for the room would’ve also been nice.
