Algo que podían resolver.
Cons:

Que no tenía secadora de pelo en la habitación.. y lo tuve que pedir 3 veces en un lapso de 1.20 minutos..

El Hotel es muy bonito

Cons:

El Hotel es muy bonito pero la verdad la refrigeracion del cuarto no servia y hacia demasiado calor por la humedad. Nunca enfrio padecimos de calor todos los dias les comente en recepcion y mandaron revisar pero no obtuve mas respuesta. Tambien al llegar no se que tipo de evento habia en el hotel que en la entrada estaba un grupo de gente alcoholizada no se sabia por donde pasar la gente no se movia, el cual daba mal aspecto al Hotel.
Las camas no las sacudian al limpiar las habitaciones, solo acomodaban la sabana me di cuenta porque en una ocasion deje mi maquillaje y este al regresar estaba debajo de las sabanas pero eso si muy tendida la cama.
No nos cambiaban las toallas a diario, tenia que estarlas pidiendo. El restaurante es muy bonito pero deberia estar refrigerado sobre todo para los dias que hace tanta humedad. Nosotras no pudimos comer ningun dia en el porque hacia mucho calor.

Todo las instalacion una ubicacion privilegiada y muy buenas amenidades

Cons:

El aire acondicionado de la Habitacion 324 derrama mucha agua al parecer estaba dañado el desahue de este y si fue molesto que el aroma de la habitacion era de humedad y pasabas y te mojavas todo por esta fuga.
Pero todo lo demas en amenidad estan muy bien.

Good but could be better
Pros:

Very spacious rooms, friendly staff, and the buffet breakfast was very impressive.
The head of the dining room was supportive and helpful

Cons:

The lounge was clean and aesthetic but it was very neglected. Snacks food and drinks were filled maybe 2 times a day and most of the time there was almost nothing there. Even when asking them to refill , they said yes but they never sent anyone.
Sauna didn't work, there were many areas of the hotel you had to use staircases as the elevator didn't reach.

Pros:

El desayuno tipo Bufet, fue excelente, gran variedad de alimentos. Gran variedad de frutas. Los panes ricos un buen café. En general el desayuno muy bueno
