Персонал был отзывчив и пытался решить возникающие вопросы.

Cons:

Не было давно ремонта.
Поменяли три номера, в двух сильно вонял ковролин из-за влажности, в третьем просто была грязь на диване. В итоге отменил свое бронирование и запросил возврат, надеюсь на скорый возврат средств. Приехали с супругой на ее День Рождения! Праздник оказался испорчен.

My wife mentioned the toilet at reception was the only thing below par ..a small thing in an otherwise great visit and a huge contrast to the proported top tier hotels in San Christobal they could take some lessons

Viihtyisä hotelli, jossa myös loistava aamupala. Sisään kirjautuessa saimme ensin kulmahuoneen, joka osoittautui hyvin meluisaksi, sillä toinen ikkunoista osoitti eräälle kadulla sijaitsevaan baariin, josta lähti kamala meteli. Kävimme respassa sanomassa asiasta ja saimme samantien uuden, hiljaisen huoneen. Tämän ja muiden kokemuksiemme perusteella voimme siis kehua palvelun tasoa erinomaiseksi.
