Outstanding value and exceptional staff. 5 mins from main station, harbour and key tourist spots.
Bike hire was more expensive than other locations. Otherwise the hotel was faultless.
Ruime kamer met balkon, leuke retro inrichting en geweldig uitzicht. Goede locatie, dichtbij centrum en OV.
Er wordt maar eens per drie dagen schoongemaakt, zogenaamd vanwege duurzaamheid, maar ook het bed wordt niet opgemaakt, vieze kopjes niet vervangen en koffie/thee niet bijgevuld. Dat heeft niks met duurzaamheid te maken. Je kunt wel vragen om schoonmaak maar daar moet je dan wel tijdig aan denken. Het voelt niet gastvrij

It's next to a huge art store which I like. And there are a lot of bakeries and coffee shops nearby. Few minutes walk to the Cubehouse and Markthal and the train station with a fast train (only 3 mins) to Rotterdam Central. Mr liked the pillow and bedding and had a good night sleep.
Room is very small and dark. The recorder didn't work. The fridge is old and fluffy which is not cooling at all. Also there's no net curtain. You either close the curtain and sit in the darkness or open the curtain seeing all the neighbours' activities in the block 25 ft away opposite your room. I opened the curtain in the morning and saw a half naked man cleaning the balcony furniture.
