Prima locatie voor een heerlijk verblijf in het mooie Rotterdam!
Pros:

Een prima hotel met servicegericht personeel en complete kamers. Goed verzorgd ontbijt (alhoewel de koffiemachine wat kuren had), Op loopafstand gelegen van het centrum en goed bereikbaar. Tip! Zet de auto op de Kralingse Zoom en reis vanuit daar met het OV. Voor €3,- per 24 uur een prima en betaalbaar alternatief!

Cons:

Niets. Misschien alleen een tip om in een twee persoonskamer 2x2 gewone koffiecups neer te leggen. 1x2 is misschien wel wat weinig.

Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel è ideale per raggiungere la maggior parte delle attrazioni turistiche anche a piedi.
Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile.
Molto utile il self check-in / check-out

Cons:

La cosa che ho apprezzato di meno è che il bagno non ha una porta vera e propria ma è "chiuso" da una porta scorrevole a vetro che lascia poca privacy (cosa che del resto non si evince dalla descrizione della camera su booking).
La struttura non dispone di un parcheggio, ha una "convenzione" con un autorimessa vicina al costo di 32 euro al giorno (senza convenzione ne costerebbe 41).
Il servizio di pulizia della camera non è automatico ma va prenotato tramite App. Se te ne dimentichi o non ci fai attenzione la camera non viene sistemata (a questo punto se devo fare il check-in da solo, non mi viene cambiata la biancheria da bagno e non mi viene sistemata la stanza allora vado in appartamento....)
Ultima nota dolente (non solo di questo hotel ma anche di altri in Olanda ) è che per favorire l'aspetto dell'ecologia (ovviamente importantissimo) si trascura l'igiene (altrettanto importante!!!): nella sala della prima colazione ad esempio il dolcificante viene fornito direttamente in una ciotolina, senza cucchiaini o pinzette e l'ospite "pesca" liberamente nella ciotolina per prendere la compressa....ho chiesto quindi la cortesia di avere dello zucchero in bustina (quello che banalmente si trova nei bar) ma ne erano sforniti.

Grote in- en uitcheck machines bij de balie ogen wat onpersoonlijk (onterecht want er is gewoon vriendelijk personeel).

tutto. location in centro, ottima colazione, bagno pulito e funzionale

nulla. Stare attenti se si arriva in macchina, i parcheggi sono carissimi e quello accanto all'hotel costa 40 euro al giorno. Meglio parcheggiare al Q-Park e raggiungere l'auto a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici

Ligger fint, men et træt hotel, der kalder på en kærlig hånd.
Pros:

Ligger godt. Personalet prøver at kompensere for hotellets standard.

Cons:

Ligner en nedslidt gammel dame. Både inde og ude. Meget plastik-agtig café.
