Good
Aircon dirty broken smelling bad
Beautiful view of the lake and mountains from the restaurant + lovely garden in the middle of the property.
The staff were very hospitable and accommodating.
Good spa and pool facilities.
The Deluxe King Room was not worth the price paid.
- Room was smaller than it looked in the photos
- Our double bed was two single beds put together, and we could feel the edges down the center of the bed.
- Room seemed a little rundown compared to the expectations of a five star property and price.
Good breakfast. Very polite and courteous staff.
Loved everything.
Breakfast had a good choice
More than the breakfast the restaurant setting was amazing facing the mountains
Great place and friendly helpful staff
Nothing I could think of
El ambiente, la locación y la amabilidad del personal, el que siempre está atento a cualquier requerimiento del cliente.
This is a well established and classy hotel, beautifully located on an island in Phewa Lake. Service is friendly, courteous and efficient. Food is very good and the rooms are comfortable. Views of the lake and mountains are terrific. The town is easily reached on foot (10 mins) but I really appreciated the hotel being a little bit away from the hubub. Great value for money.
Nothing at all
The hotel was so great, the staff was exceptional and so helpful. I want to come back and spend more time there, it was so relaxing and memorable:)
NA
Everything is great, especially staffs. They're veryhelpful. The view is absolute stunning, just like photo. Food is delicious.
Even it is in town, you will feel the sense of private. We all love the place and wish to stay longer.
None
Beautiful room and setting, great food in the restaraunt and really helpful staff!
It was a shame the buffet wasn't on the evening we went there for a meal.
Clean, comfortable and really well run hotel but with a friendly relaxed team.
Great location on the water with the Himalayas as a backdrop

La vue depuis la terrasse du restaurant
Prix excessif par rapport aux autres hôtels où nous avons logé au Népal.
Hôtel surfait et confort désuet.
Facility is old and in need for renovation. Not what I expect for the price.
During my stay all the rooms next to the pool were under construction.
Gym is terrible and very outdated.
The place of this hotel is an experience in itself : it is located on on the side of lake accessible only by boat. Service offered by the hotel, the cross is quite fast, and thanks to this the hotel is looking like a haven.
The size of the room is nice.
The garden is great, very beautiful. A pleasure for the eyes.
The pool is nice as well. The water is hot and the size of the pool is enough.
Breakfast : should be better, especially for this level of price. Lack of choice of fruits (orange or kiwi are missing, for ex), the honey is industrial (as comparison, the Mountain Lodge Sarangkot is proposing 3 different local honeys !), the ham is too fatty... In short : not bad but not great.
The equipment in the room : it is out of date and sounds cheap. The bathroom, the AC... Everything looked like need a big refresh and renew.
Interior design : the room seems a bit cold. The lights, the matters... It is not cosy at all, we don't feel "at home". Benchmark with other hotels shows that this aspect need to be improved.
Room service : small details can make difference. All along my stay, the toilet paper wasn't changed even one time. I had to go to the reception to get one. This is unacceptable.
