Pros:

Loved the location and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The Sauna and fitness room were and added bonus, especially from the stunning location on the 10th floor

Cons:

Breakfast was excellent but an on site bar for evenings would be good even though the pub next door also serves as the Hotel bar.

A must stay when visiting Tromso
Pros:

Everything. The rooms, service and the location was absolutely brilliant. The hotel is also a pick up point for many tours so a great place to stay. Short walk to the centre and with a great spa! We loved our stay!

Comfortable, central and clean with great breakfast
Pros:

The central location was perfect for accessing all the main parts of Tromso. The hotel is also close to the main bus stops and within easy reach of the bridge should you wish to walk to the Arctic Cathedral. The breakfast was incredible.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The service and management were shockingly poor. I left my luggage in the hotel’s baggage storage room, and it completely disappeared - this was clearly theft.

Instead of offering help or calling the police, the management blamed me, saying the room didn’t have a lock. They repeatedly shifted responsibility and refused to take any action. Even though CCTV is installed on site, they would not let me view it or use it for investigation.

Worst of all, they rejected any form of compensation or room fee waiver. For such a high room rate, this level of service (and lack of security) is absolutely unacceptable. If you are considering storing your luggage here, please think twice - it is not safe. And if something goes wrong, don’t expect any help or accountability from the staff.

Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Fantastic staff!
Pros:

The staff's hospitality! Special thanks to Suri, the kindest and nicest receptionist I've ever met at the Raddison chain! And, of course, the breakfast! The hotel offers such a variety of food and drinks that it is practically impossible not to start your morning in an excellent mood!

Cons:

The min entrance ia nice and cozy, however it would be lovely to get it a bit wider to accomodate a large flow of people coming in and out simultaneously.

Pros:

Nice, clean hotel. Comfortable beds and just big enough.

Cons:

Didn't get a double bed despite booking 5 months in advance so ended up with 2 singles. Cost a lot if money for a very nice and clean, but basic room.

Staff left us waiting for ages to check in. Not welcoming at all and very slow when checking in. No information was given to us not even a hello or where have you come from. No water or glasses in the bar or tea or milk. Room was not as clean as I’d have liked. No double bed. For the price of the room £288.00 for one night it wasn’t great. Sorry expected more especially from reception. We were tired from our journey and felt deflated after checking in.
