Vaskehjelpa stelte godt på rommet før og under oppholdet. Jeg likte at dere har gode produkter på badet. En av de ansatte lyttet med hjertet og møtte meg svært godt når jeg følte meg litt skuffet under oppholdet, det var flott.

Cons:

Svært uheldig at dere har tatt bort frokosten som en selvfølge til oppholdet. Skal det være slik i fremtiden, må dere ha enda bedre løsninger for bookingen som skjer i forkant med sikkerhetsventiler for at man ikke skal risikere et opphold uten frokost. Da føler man seg raskt lurt når man sammenligner priser på ulike hoteller i Bodø, der mange opererer med frokost inkludert. Jeg er redd dere ødelegger for dere selv ved å ikke levere med den gode frokosten dere har å spille på, når standard på hotellet begynner å eldes godt. Jeg mener at dere har flinke ansatte, men ikke alle er like gode og bør lære av de som virkelig er gull! :-) Jeg mener også at dere bør tilby litt salg av enkle gleder til gjestene nede i resepsjonen hvis dere ikke skal ha minibar på rommet.

I liked almost everything :) Clean, comfy, nice view.

Cons:

The TV is not working/not possible to go to youtube or connect your phone to watch something. So the TV is there just.. just there. So that was kind of sad.
Also, at one moment the elevators were full. It was even that the same person went up and down several times to see off their friends, and that made me not fit into the elevator. That is not the hotel fault, but the guests though.

Fint hotell men enkelte ting kunne vært bedre

Fikk et superfint rom med fantastisk utsikt

Cons:

Var veldig harde senger og puter. Bestilte i forkant et fruktfat som ikke var på hotellrommet når vi kom😕
