Overall we enjoyed the stay and would plan another stay again.

Good service, friendly staff, spacious room and lovely breakfast.

Cons:

Room service guys did not make up the room till we asked them to swing by after cleaning another room. They came in a haste, cleaning was not very much. Pillows were too soft.

部屋の設備が綺麗、使い易い。ビジネスにおいてロケーションも良い。

Cons:

Booking.comで4部屋予約したが、3部屋しか予約されていなかった。最終的には4部屋確保してもらえたが、最初は3部屋しか予約されていないから無理だと言って対応しようとしなかった。Booking.comの予約票を見せて何とかして欲しいと伝えたところ仕方なくといった感じで対応していた。
