Pros:

The room was big, clean ,view from the window on the 12th floor was very good. (16 floors are there).The view was on the famous buildings "Pinnacle Daxton",where on the 52th floor are travelling walkways and viewing platforms. In the hotel is a good outside pool, gym.The room is perfect. We didn't took a breakfasts, but you have a lot of outside places to eat.Near the hotel is French Michelin's restaurant.Infront,through the road you have supermarket. Subway station "Tanjong Pagar" is 5 min. walk from there. Location is not very central...To get to the promenade and Marina Sands Bay takes something about 30- 40 minutes by walking or 3 times changes on subway stations. Toilet and shower are separate in the room. The staff was very helpful!!!

There is no regular closet. The clothes are hanging on a crossbar and are outside on the view all time. It didn't bother me.

Service was incredible - staff were so accomodating and kind! We didn’t get the room originally booked but the staff were so friendly and explained this to us and offered a late check-out in return! The rooms themselves were stunning as well - only slight let down was the view (only over an adjacent carpark)

Good location but overpriced with poor pool facilities and uncomfortable beds

Location was great. On a main road with lots of character, close to great food options and Chinatown. Approx 30-45 minutes walk to tourist locations such as Marina Bay, gardens by the bay. There was a fantastic and friendly Porter in the lobby (can’t recall his name but wore a badge “please be patient with me”)

Cons:

Not enough lounges, tables or chairs around the pool for size of Hotel. Pool area run down and pool bar not operational. Beds and pillows uncomfortable. We stayed in the family room but it lacks any bathroom privacy. Definitely not to the standard you’d expect of a 5 star hotel.
