Pros:

De la propiedad todo bien, el personal muy amable.

No me gusto que no hay cerca nada para ir comer, la comida del hotel solo eran snacks y no habían otras opciones.

En la zona de alberca no te dejan tener algún otro alimento externo solo lo que ahi venden

Si llevas tus alimentos solo podias consumirlos en la propiedad.

La alberca cuando llegamos que fue viernes estaba algo sucia hasta el ultimo día de nos veníamos (Lunes) la limpiaron, pero tardaron hasta las 12 pm para poder nuevamente ingresar.

Creo que deben ser mas específicos que es un lugar de descanso, porque llevábamos niños y que no hay WIFI.

El lugar si esta muy escondido, ya que entras como a calles sin pavimentar y sin luz.

La comida está rica, más instalaciones están muy cómodas, solamente que si eres parte de la comunidad lgbtq no lo recomiendo ya que te solicitan que guardes discreción por pena o comentarios de otros huéspedes

Todo excelente, solo que no permiten introducir absolutamente nada en área de alberca. Ni una botella de agua, todo el consumo a restaurante. Comprendo lo demás, pero agua ??

Estancia agradable y relajante.
Pros:

Mi estancia fue muy agradable, tanto para mí, como para mis familiares, en general todo estuvo excelente, pero una crítica constructiva sería que en la villa que nos hospedamos en la parte del asador el suelo estaba algo resbaloso por la humedad, eso es lo único que veo como un área de oportunidad a mejorar, pero en general la atención, higiene y estancia fué muy agradable.

En general es bonito. Si quieres que hagan el cuarto tienes que pedirlo. Las villas tienen estufa pero si quieres cocinar no hay sartén ni utensilios.
