The hotel staff put me on the 4th floor that they put all the crackheads & black people & the dirtiest rooms the room smelt like urine I want a refund.When I told the front desk person who smelled of alcohol n looked high he came to my room n started spraying dollar store air freshener instead of giving me a clean room.I need a refund.My phone number is ,(770)9121992

Nothing there is no breakfast they had some old boiled stale potatoes n the tiniest 🍊 n very small apples.Didmt even have pillows .they stuffed a pillow case with some rags pillows are square.Why are they so cheap.The carpet stinks needs to be ripped or cleaned.No phone in the room o towels.No microwave n the AC was off in 98 degree weather n it never got cold even when I turned on the AC.I give this property a minus 10.They took a deposit it's been over a week i.want a refund for this stay

Cons:

The fact that I had to call the Hotel and see if anyone was working the front desk. I had been waiting more than 10 minutes for someone to show up after I rang their Ring doorbell device.

I missed the shuttled because I couldn’t understand the foreign tongue of the staff and they would refund me for the 4 nights of parking that I prepaid for. They have you call a number. They screen the call and never called back.

Mistake to let airline park us there
Pros:

Sent there by airline due to cancelled flight. Dirty. Unfriendly staff. Utterly disreputable shuttle. Had to Uber back to airport. Isolated. Only food available from 2 gas station convenience stores.
Terrible experience.
