safe and cozy for the night
Pros:

Good friendly helpful staff and cleanliness and felt welcome and safe. Well situated and accessible to main roads. Good coffee, lol! Well lighted areas surrounding the property.

Cons:

Extending the breakfast time till 10 am would have been nice for late arrivals the night before….

Cons:

When we got to our room we couldn't open the door but we got it open. We found dirty underwear and a dirty sock stillinthebathroom. The WI-FI was spotty and didn't work most of the time. When we spoke with the front desk they apologized a out our unwanted find in the bathroom but that's unacceptable!

Not good at all
Pros:

The person who checked me and out was nice

Cons:

My room had a towel on the back of the bathroom door. I had issues with the door to my room
The staff was rude when I was leaving and someone was coming down the hall with a big cart and didn't stop to let me get by
I had to step out of the way so she could pass

Nightmare
Pros:

Nothing at all horrible experience nightmare had it for July 3rd and the 4th and my smoke detector went off on the 3rd all night she just told me the battery so I did that but I couldn't go back to sleep I ruined my fourth I ended up checking out on the 4th at 2:00 p.m. and they still charged me for the night of hell

Everything their service their honestly not very bright people at all their customer service is not even customer service I don't know what you would call it wtf I guess My smoke alarm goes off all night not allow me to get sleep then they come the next day and they're fishing about my service animal and I should never unhooked smoke detector well I called the front desk they weren't doing nothing in my opinion and a lot of people's I shouldn't recharge for one night horrible experience people are dirty and so is their facilities and very small The pictures don't tell the story

Just ok, happy it was a short stay.
Pros:

How close it was to my event and highway.

Cons:

The room had not been thoroughly cleaned, there was dead bugs all around the walls and in the bed.
I went to the front desk to tell them the shower and toilet were not functioning. The shower pipe needed tightening so it would not spray water all over the bathroom even with the curtain closed. The toilet needed to have the back off so you could pull it so the reservoir would refill so it could be flushed.
The breakfast had cold uncooked potatoes on the bar.

Everything ! That was awful! Very uncomfortable night ! The lights in the room flickered! The bathroom was nasty ! The tv was broken ! I tried getting myself another room that night once I arrived . Unfortunately everything was sold out until Saturday and I checked out and still waiting on my refund for the last two stays I had reserved!
