Clean hotel close to the stadium
Pros:

Location. Downtown and close to the stadium.

Cons:

It’s an older hotel and could definitely use some updates especially for the price

Pros:

The General Manager was very accommodating! The staff upfront and in the breakfast room very accommodating!

Cons:

Just arrived to the room and the houseman knocking on my door trying to get me and my neighbors linens. Sounds like no communication in housekeeping department!

adequate lodging for a single night stay in a sold out town
Pros:

lobby decorations. angel at check was exceptionally cool under the immense pressure of a sold out hotel hosting a raucous wedding

Cons:

booking.com said check in was 3p. location said 4p. my room was not ready until well past 7p and I had to call the hotel to even find out. unacceptable. i did not like the lack of self serve food and drink choices. 9th floor next door neighbor let their kids scream and beat the walls and as a result my party of 4 could not sleep past 6:30 am ( 5:30 am our time)

Pros:

Very good for the price. The coffee was an added bonus and the barista always greeted us with a smile every morning. The staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The hotel looked a little outdated and maybe falling apart. However, for the price we paid it was a good deal.

Schlechte Qualität für einen zu hohen Preis!
Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund des Pools und des Komforts gebucht. Die Zimmer sind abgewohnt und der Pool war nicht nutzbar. Sehr sehr schade.

Good location and helpful staff, some updates needed and unsure when certain places were open.
Pros:

It was in a good location downtown, and the staff was friendly. Parts of the hotel could use an update, and it also seemed there was no consistency as to when amenities were open (e.g., Eve on Adam was supposed to be open but wasn't.)

Stay away
Pros:

We were completely disgusted with our stay at this hotel. We didn't realize this when we went to bed last night but when we got up this morning and were packing our things my wife discovered bed bugs on the white sheets. We were going to let the hotel know on our way out but the front desk was busy with people so I decided to call afterwards. I went through Hilton's customer feedback line first and was told they would pass it on to the manager and they would contact me.
If those things are on one set of sheets they're in all of them because they spread through the wash I will never stay at this hotel again, thoroughly disgusted. Zoom in to the pics to see the bugs
