DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Tallahassee

We like the location because our grandson is part of Patriot Academy Conference and have attended twice. We received the breakfast because of dirty towels in our room, the girl who was the only one in the dining room heard my conversation offered the breakfast.

Gloria, at the front, was an excellent person to share my concerns with. She did everything she could to help every one who came to the front desk. GLORIA IS A MOST VALUABLE PART OF THE FRONT DESK TEAM

I had an excellent stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Tallahassee. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms were well maintained, and the staff was friendly and professional throughout my visit.
A special shoutout goes to Reid from valet parking. He provided outstanding customer service from the moment I arrived. Reid was courteous, professional, and always greeted guests with a smile. He made the arrival and departure process seamless and truly went above and beyond to make my stay more enjoyable.
It's employees like Reid who make a great hotel experience exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tallahassee and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Location. Valet Jake- personable and pleasant

Overall average hotel with one major drawback. At no point during our recent 4 day 3 night stay was the room serviced by housekeeping. This could be understandable if a Do Not Disturb sign was left posted on the door, however that sign never moved from the interior of the room. The lack of housekeeping service was brought up to the front desk with no response or action taken. With this being a shorter stay, I am not worried about any trash or dirty linens my family created during the stay. The concern is if this is how the property is run on a day to day basis, how thoroughly is housekeeping turning over rooms for new guests? Despite the amazing location and wonderful valet staff, we will not be returning to this property in the future.

Nolan the valet concierge was great during check out!

Great stay overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. Nolan from valet was especially helpful and always had a great attitude. He made coming and going super easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Our valet, Nolan at the Doubletree hotel was fantastic, he was quick, friendly and can drive a stick! Would definitely recommend. .

Jake was very attentive braided us with a smile when we walked up. Turns out he’s from Fort Lauderdale where we are from.

South Adam’s Doubletree car service was excellent
Jake was fantastic with accommodations
He greeted us with a smile and had a vibrant personality. Jake saw that we had our bags with us inside the hotel and saw that we had questions, he came over and quickly accommodated us. Very warm and friendly!

The staff made the stay great! Sam and Jen in particular were very helpful. Sam patiently and efficiently applied my tax exempt status and Jen made me a matcha latte before the cafe even opened. Both went above and beyond!

Had a great experience with Kelly this morning! Super personable and really made my morning when I was waiting for a business partner to come downstairs. This business is lucky to have him!
