Il personale della reception e delle pulizie
Nel nostro caso il radiatore del condizionamento perdeva acqua. Avendo fatto notare questo malfunzionamento immediatamente al nostro arrivo, il servizio di manutenzione non e' intervenuto. Per tutta la durata del soggiorno abbiamo avuto una gran parte di moquette bagnata con relativa puzza e umidita'
Solo l'ultimo giorno, per merito della signora delle pulizie, ci siamo ritrovati un ventilatore che avrebbe dovuto asciugare la moquette, ma che non ha risolto il problema di fondo.
Doubletree is at the center of everything. A quick walk to the campus or great meals are a 5-10 minute walk away. Rooms have a luxurious feel. The halls are Very quiet and the staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
I wish I had known renovations were going onbut it didn’t affect my stay one bit.
The breakfast was terrible and cold.
Everything wpas closed the lounge the pool everything closed because of a party but wasnt told till in the room

The hotel, there was no mention. Of it being under construction, no gym, no breakfast and then barely any towels in my room...the worst part was early in the morning housekeeping came busting in my room while I was half naked. I called the lobby to reportm..they gave me a few extra hilton honors points but that was it...the lady was nice and said the manager would contact me regarding a refund and that NEVER happened! I even paid extra for breakfast before the booking
The room was great, with a very nice view, clean and space full. The staff at the lobby very nice.
The hotel is going under renovations, the lobby was not that tidy and worker around. But what has more disappointing of the renovation was that the pool and gym were closed. The breakfast option was low quality and the breakfast area was outdated and dark...
The staff was sweet and a delight to deal with. The restaurant on site was not good at all. It’s a great location so I think they could upgrade the restaurant to match the location and staff.
The hotel was close to everything and in a good location downtown.
First, they were doing heavy construction and repairs to the lobby and had it taped up during our stay. There was also a lot of noise due to the construction. We were not told about this prior to our stay. Second, the front desk staff upon check-in assigned us a room that was already occupied. We used the key and opened the door to find another customer still in the room. It was a horrible experience. Staff didn’t even apologize for this and gave us another room.
We did not stay they are under construction place is dusty noisy and smelly
