The breakfast was terrible and cold.

Nothing except the location/distance from my daughter's school

The room was great, with a very nice view, clean and space full. The staff at the lobby very nice.

The staff was sweet and a delight to deal with. The restaurant on site was not good at all. It’s a great location so I think they could upgrade the restaurant to match the location and staff.

The hotel was close to everything and in a good location downtown.

We had a honeymoon day-trip and I was very disappointed because ALL AMENITIES WERE CLOSED. I debated on a different hotel for days this weekend that was extremely special. The hotel was under complete renovation. No pool , no gym, the bar was not stocked and the restaurant was closed until a little waitress finally showed up the next morning very late. I was not put in the room I booked I had an early check in that I paid for. But the room was half the size I reserved. I had called to check if I got the right room and also called about early check in. I told front desk this was not the bright room and this was not the exact room that I had booked online because I saw the pictures. Then she told me which was a lie that the other room was not ready and it would be 4:00, just do they not think that we know they saved a better rooms for last. Everybody knows this now. I could tell she was just trying to pacify me. I am not one to be pacified unless I get what I paid for. I was so aggravated when I walked in and saw the black tarps everywhere was horrible. But the managers hopefully, I just don't think that however gets over the whole experience. Because I base it on how it looks at night, all the amenities, basically for the romance. Although we did go to Harry's Seafood bar and grill which was nice. Our money and medication got stuck into safe we had to call somebody to get it out because it's safe was badly abused. And I was supposed to have a kitchenette instead I had a little refrigerator inside a dresser cabinet that was falling off. I was disappointed bookings. You need to keep up who's doing renovations in their hotels and motels.

Overall great experience with the Doubletree. Jake the valet was great and the front desk service was awesome. Both were very helpful and made the stay pleasant

Service was exceptional! Jake went above and beyond and even helped me carry up my luggage. Room was extremely clean and met all of my needs as well.

We like the location because our grandson is part of Patriot Academy Conference and have attended twice. We received the breakfast because of dirty towels in our room, the girl who was the only one in the dining room heard my conversation offered the breakfast.

Gloria, at the front, was an excellent person to share my concerns with. She did everything she could to help every one who came to the front desk. GLORIA IS A MOST VALUABLE PART OF THE FRONT DESK TEAM

I had an excellent stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Tallahassee. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms were well maintained, and the staff was friendly and professional throughout my visit.
A special shoutout goes to Reid from valet parking. He provided outstanding customer service from the moment I arrived. Reid was courteous, professional, and always greeted guests with a smile. He made the arrival and departure process seamless and truly went above and beyond to make my stay more enjoyable.
It's employees like Reid who make a great hotel experience exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tallahassee and look forward to staying here again in the future!
