Service was great, very prompt
Pros:

Jake was very attentive braided us with a smile when we walked up. Turns out he’s from Fort Lauderdale where we are from.

Pros:

South Adam’s Doubletree car service was excellent
Jake was fantastic with accommodations
He greeted us with a smile and had a vibrant personality. Jake saw that we had our bags with us inside the hotel and saw that we had questions, he came over and quickly accommodated us. Very warm and friendly!

Great staff
Pros:

The staff made the stay great! Sam and Jen in particular were very helpful. Sam patiently and efficiently applied my tax exempt status and Jen made me a matcha latte before the cafe even opened. Both went above and beyond!

Great Valet Service
Pros:

Ben had my car ready for me very late in the evening and was super respectful. Great service and enjoyed my stay at doubletree. Front desk and valet were super helpful late at night.

Nice but not what I expected from Doubletree.
Pros:

Nice big room. Comfortable bed. Spacious shower. Oversized desk to work on.

Cons:

Commode not firmly attached to the floor. TV screen issue not allowing the channel numbers to be shown.

Pros:

Josh and Skyler were incredibly courteous and helpful. They helped with all our bags and got the car to us with great timing. They were also considerate of other guests at the same time.

Pros:

Great experience with the staff and quality of the hotel. I enjoyed my stay here as everything was clean and ran smoothly. The front desk was friendly and accommodating. Valet employees Ben and Owen helped me bring my luggage up to the room and did a great job helping me out. Would stay here again .

Decent downtown hotel. Was not expecting the very expensive overnight parking fee.
Pros:

Location was right downtown, hotel was clean and room was spacious and well appointed.

Cons:

The expensive parking was not expected! And the parking garage was very tight. The AC was loud in our room which had an awful view into the parking garage - our window looked directly into the one of the floors of the garage. Very disappointed. We ended up checking out after the first night and booking a different hotel.
