Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and check in was great.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the floor in the room was very dirty, a few bugs nested on the chair (I'm sure there were others everywhere), no breakfast or orange juice,

I left disappointed and hungry.

conveniently located as midpoint to our destination.

Cons:

Upon arrival, we were informed that the elevator was broken, in case we wanted to cancel. stairwells were sweltering hot, ac unit unplugged and cord missing. went for complimentary hot breakfast, found a toaster and microwave with bread and oatmeal. When I asked, the staff told me, "there's a difference between complimentary and continental." I had 4 other hotel choices at this very exit and it seems I made the wrong choice.

Cons:

The elevator was broken. I was put on the 3rd floor with my wife and newborn and had to lug things up and down the stairs. Our room smelled like someone had been doing weed in it. And the worker seemed quite surly.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor quality. Elevator was broken. Pool couldn't be used because of missing parts for pool chair for disabled.

Big clean rooms!
Pros:

Big room, clean! Lots of clean areas to walk the dog.

Cons:

When booking, I booked a king room, and requested a room on the ground floor if the elevator was not working as my husband had a new hip and is not allowed to use steps yet. When we checked in she told the man before me the elevator was broken. When it was my turn I mentioned we needed a ground floor room. She said she had none available. I joked that I could not carry my husband up the stairs, and that he could not do steps yet. She again said she had none. Since my booking was non refundable, I asked what we should do. She squinted at the computer screen and made a big show of finding the last ground floor room available for us. She never mentioned it was 2 queens. Why ask if we have special needs/requests if they will not be honored?

It was ok. Think you ought to do away with breakfast if only having cereal, bread and limited bageld
Pros:

Room was nice, liked the wood floor instead of carpet. Very convenient to convention center and restaurant.
I had oxygen delivered to the hotel and when we checked in, the staff already had it in our room for me. Very nice.
The staff 2as very fri3ndlt and helpful

Cons:

The bath exhaust fan was extremely noisy.
The breakfast was not very good. Not a lot of variety and two different days when I went down at 8am, there were no bagels left and no one ever updated the food. I would have liked some orange juice and butter that was not frozen. My room mate said her bed sloped and uncomfortable. My bed was fine

Very clean and economical
Pros:

The room was very clean and bed was quite comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly! I enjoyed the coffee at breakfast. I also loved that it was pet friendly! Absolutely LOVED having a tub!! A nice soak after traveling is so nice!!

Cons:

I wish there were more items for breakfast but, ya know, room was cheap so I really have nothing to complain about.
