Great location fabulous staff
Wonderful hotel and the location is great. Only gave 3 stars for comfort because we visited in March and our room was terribly hot. No air con in March, per hotel staff, so we had to keep windows open while sleeping. Breakfast buffet was not good, so skip it unless its included in you stay. Surrounded by high end stores and minutes from St Marks square and restaurants. Waterbus stop right in front of hotel. Very convenient.
The bed was very hard. The rest was fine.

Wonderful hotel with waterfront restaurant and convenient to all pubic transport. Airport ferry in very close proximity as well. Shopping, abundant restaurant options nearby. Ive been to Venice many times and this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in and will choose it again!!
