Very comfortable, convenient and affordable.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were great and the pillows were nice too. We loved the balcony, it allowed us to enjoy the fresh air. The breakfast was better than expected, with hot item such as omelets, potatoes and sausage. Fresh coffee was also available all day, which was a nice addition. The location was close to the small downtown area of Cape Coral, and walkable to many locations.

Cons:

It was very clean, but when entering the room, the cleaning product used was very strong, enough to burn my eyes. So we had to open up the room for a bit. It wasn't a big deal, but wanted to share. Next time we'd like to stay on the other side of the hotel, as the traffic on the main road we were facing was a bit noisy.

Cozy bed, great breakfast
Pros:

Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Location seemed good but we did not explore, but maybe we will next time. We only stayed for 1 night, but my wife had stayed with her sister there a year or 2 ago and that is how we selected this hotel.

Werft diese beschissene Eismaschine in den Müll!!!
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr amerikanisch (Burger, Würste, Eier, Bagels, kein Obst oder sonst was gesundes), aber das weiß man ja im Vorfeld und geschmeckt hat es auch.

Das Personal war freundlich, die Zimmer sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet!

Cons:

Das Hotel insgesamt gut, wäre da nur nicht der Hausmeister/ Techniker, der morgens um 4:30 Uhr die Eismaschine im Flur des Erdgeschosses reparierte.

Vermutlich konnte dies nur um 4:30 Uhr durchgeführt und es klang, als würden Abriss-Arbeiten durchgeführt werden!

Alle Gäste des Erdgeschosses standen auf dem Flur, beschwerten sich, aber der Typ zog stoisch seine Reparatur durch…

Meine Bewertung wäre deutlich positiver ausgefallen, wäre da nicht die nächtliche Geschichte um die beschissene Eismaschine gewesen!
