Everything and everyone was kind and respectful Property was clean arranged comfortably free water and snacks were provided if desired Had a beautiful stuffed bison in room for purchase Had items already I room use for purchas Very nice stay
Staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a good coffee and snacks for people in a hurry.
Gym needs a bike, also a little small.
Pricey but highly recommended for a luxury stay in Jackson. The staff was lovely and the nighttime shuttle was of great convenience. Property also very well-maintained and beautiful. Restaurant onsite was also quality. Will stay again!
nice hotel but very expensive for the overall experience so an average value. Not much around the property and it was over a mile walk to the city center. They do have a free shuttle service which we dis mot use
I have never paid so much for so little - service , food and location simply just a road side motel .

Great snacks provided. Room was by laundry room supposed to close at 9 but could hear items clanging in the dryer after 10 pm. Texted me to join for complimentary champagne at 5 but didn’t send text until 6.

The rooms were very clean, spacious, and updated. The staff was very friendly and helpful - and the amenities were great with shuttle service, complimentary coffee and snacks, and the spa. Overall really loved it and would definitely stay again or recommend!
Very elegantly appointed, comfortable and modern yet from an older era. Enjoyed the large hot tub and ambience.
