We had an amazing experience at the Stanford Park Hotel! The property is beautiful and an excellent setting for a corporate meeting, but what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. The entire team was attentive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. From the meeting space to the hospitality and attention to detail, everything was seamless. I would highly recommend the Stanford Park Hotel for anyone looking to host a meeting or event in the Palo Alto/Menlo Park area. We will definitely be back!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Stanford Park Hotel. From start to finish, the service was absolutely impeccable. Every one of our rooms was spotless, beautiful, and incredibly comfortable, and the front desk staff were consistently warm, helpful, and available whenever we needed anything. They truly catered to our every need and made us feel so well cared for throughout our stay.

Our wedding reception was held in the Stanford Room, and it was absolutely beautiful and the perfect setting for our celebration. The food was spectacular and our guests could not stop raving about how delicious everything was! The event and catering team, especially Chaya, Erika, Marilyn, and Maria, went above and beyond for us. There were so many other members of the team who helped make our celebration so special, and while we unfortunately didn't get everyone's names, we are incredibly grateful to all of them. They were warm, attentive, professional, and incredibly thoughtful, and they were with us every step of the way. They made both us and our guests feel so special.

The attention to detail throughout the hotel was truly impressive. Every member of the staff we encountered was kind, welcoming, and professional, and their genuine care made such a difference. From our rooms and breakfast to our wedding reception and every interaction in between, everything was simply spectacular.

Very empathic

We celebrated our graduation with dinner at the Stanford Park Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, making it the perfect setting for such a special occasion. The food was delicious, with beautifully presented dishes and great attention to detail. The staff- Javier, Maria, Enver, and Israel were friendly, attentive, and helped make the evening feel truly memorable.

I travel to the Bay Area once a quarter for board meetings, and the Stanford Park Hotel has been my favorite for years. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. There's a wonderful lobby with tables where you can work, and of course, the awesome patio. Breakfast is also delicious, and for lunch or dinner, the pulled chicken sandwich is fantastic.

Ahmet, Josualdo, and Ana were exceptionally hospitable! They set up a welcoming environment and made me feel right at home!

The room was very large with two chairs to sit in. And it had a mepresso coffee maker

Even though that particular night I didn’t sleep much, it was the most magical experience in my life.
