Lives up to the Best Western name.
Pros:

Best Western tend to set the standard for overall experience. This Best Western did not disappoint. Great location, clean rooms, lots of food choices close by.

Breakfast was amazing!

Cons:

We seen housekeeping coming and gathered the towels. We left and came back. Garbage was still full never emptied and no fresh towels. Otherwise everything was great!

Pros:

I understand that there is a section of the hotel that allows pets. We stayed in that section because they were completely full. We were lucky to get the last room. The hotel was fine but the section we were in smelled like wet dog and the deodorizer was so strong it burned your eyes. Breakfast was good and the staff was efficient. Not a bad hotel, just not a good room for someone with allergies.

It was ok for a hotel near the highway. I liked the staff
Pros:

The thermostat was very good, I could control the temps in my room very well. Conveniently located near main highway.

Cons:

I didn't care for the food for breakfast and the set up was confusing and akward.

Location on the outskirts of Roanoke but very easy to get to anywhere in the region. Small shopping center nearby. Rooms spacious but a little out of date. cleanliness OK. Breakfast classic American
