Pros:

Such a phenomenal staff and great environment to be highly recommended to anyone staying in the area! From checking in with Andrea, who made sure we had everything we needed to the from desk ladies Ella & (sorry forgot the other lovely gal ) who made our stay so nice, as well as even helped plan out our daily day trips ! I cannot stress how above & beyond they go! Thank you for a phenomenal welcome to Ireland

Pros:

Breakfast during the week starts at 7:00. For some reason weekends are at 8:00. Had a stair leading into the narrow tub/shower. Food was very good. Nice variety. Staff was helpful and friendly.

For the most part staff was good. There seems to be an issue with Americans. Some staff were nice but clearly some didn’t want to help or were annoyed. First time in Ireland so maybe this is normal. It wasn’t so bad that I wouldn’t go back. Food was great and a 15min walk to the dart(train) and a 30minute train ride to down town Dublin is great! Runs every 15min till 2330.

Beautiful Stay!!!
Pros:

This is a very beautiful and clean hotel in a super nice area! Also has amazing restaurants on site and is walking distance to a park with amazing views! Our room was lovely and very comfortable.

Badly in need of a renovation
Pros:

the hotel is really run down, my bathroom reeked of mold, sheets were itchy, and the bathrooms off the main lobby were disgusting.

On the good side, the food in the Dungeon was good and the in-room coffee was very good. And the proximity to great walks was unmatched. But the good doesn't outweigh the bad for me and I won's go back.

It was not good. As I did not stay there and I cancelled my stay. And they still called and text and email me about my up coming stay. Not sure what is going on. I hope it can be resolved soon

Pros:

I was nervous booking this space as I am 17 weeks pregnant and gluten free. The staff was beyond accommodating and kind. The village just twenty minutes walk from the hotel is stunning and the hiking in the area is easy and breathtaking. We will definitely be returning when our daughter arrives!
