Excelente opção em Washington
Pros:

Localização espetacular em Georgetown com tudo muito perto, restaurantes, lojas, etc..local super charmoso. Quarto super confortável, cama e banheiros excepcionais. Funcionários são super cordiais e sempre prontos e ajudar. Certamente retornarei.

Cons:

Tive dois problemas que foram contornados: cobranças múltiplas no cartão e um dia a noite que voltei do jantar e tinham 2 funcionárias fazendo um check de facilites dentro do quarto, em um horário absolutamente inadequado. Além disso, sem querer travaram a porta do meu banheiro. Mas tudo resolvido.

Cons:

The fact that you charge ($50) to check in a bit early, say 2 hours early is a giant negative. If the room is ready because it is already cleaned or if you can arrange to prioritize cleaning of that room, then that should be the policy. Considering that the lobby is not really appropriate for working and there is no business center type room, it was super difficult for my daughter to work the day of check in. A more generous policy would be better and would maske the hotel more money in the long run by encouraging repeat customesr.

The property is very very well located. The hotel is close to all the shopa, restaurants and stores. The decor is very pleasing, the staff are really welcoming and professional. It has an intimate feel. The hotel is neat, clean and nicely decorated. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. Our time there was really great.

Cons:

They dine in room menu is very set. For example we wanted French fries but as they aren’t on the menu they can not do those. I wish they had a bit more flexibility.

The cooling units were under performing we had to open a window to cool the room more.
