Hospitality is their specialty
Pros:

The location was perfection. "Say Cheese" next door is a quaint wonderful spot for breakfast and lunch with an owner named Suzie, who is lovely. Netty at the hotel reception was kind and welcoming to my kids. Wheldon, the valet gent was helpful and kind. The staff made the experience incredible.

Cons:

The central air is inconsistent and not well controlled. They did their best but the whole system needs a reno. Our room was so hot at one point we opened windows to let in 20 degree air. For some reason that was an issue 1 out of the 3 nights we were there.

Location cannot be beat which outweighs the refresh needed.
Pros:

Location was excellent and friendly staff

Cons:

The hotel needs a refresh, looking a bit tired / dated. My bed was too soft and pillows were not great.
