staff great, location great, very clean, good tv.

Cons:

noisy. when people are in the hallway it's like they are in teh room. lots of traffic noise out on m-street so not quiet in the room. gym is tiny and no treadmill.

The Graham is the ideal base from which to explore Georgetown.
Pros:

This hotel is located within easy walking distance of all of Georgetown's attractions. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful, roomy, and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Cons:

No complaints at all.

Netty was the STANDOUT!
Pros:

booked on the blind -- had never stayed here. The hotel was great -- right around the corner from everything Georgetown has to offer. The standout was Netty at the front desk! She was so accommodating, friendly exceeded expectations all around. top notch service!

Would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The Graham is a charming hotel. Located in the perfect location in Georgetown walking distance to all the best restaurants and coffee, shops and shopping. All the staff are very helpful. I’m very friendly.

Excelente opção em Washington
Pros:

Localização espetacular em Georgetown com tudo muito perto, restaurantes, lojas, etc..local super charmoso. Quarto super confortável, cama e banheiros excepcionais. Funcionários são super cordiais e sempre prontos e ajudar. Certamente retornarei.

Cons:

Tive dois problemas que foram contornados: cobranças múltiplas no cartão e um dia a noite que voltei do jantar e tinham 2 funcionárias fazendo um check de facilites dentro do quarto, em um horário absolutamente inadequado. Além disso, sem querer travaram a porta do meu banheiro. Mas tudo resolvido.
