Cheiro do hall, muito produto de limpeza, demoraram o dia todo para arrumar nosso quarto, quando chegamos da rua as 16h tivemos que pedir para arrumarem.

The literal worst service at a hotel too expensive to have the worst service.

The location is fantastic.

Cons:

There was a jackhammer that started at 7 am and continued all day. In one of our rooms, it was literally shaking items in the room. Impossible to sleep or even be in the room to be honest.
When we needed our car to move our child into Georgetown University, it took 30 minutes and multiple asks to get the car.

Then on our second to last day, when we were scheduled to check out of One of the rooms, we went to the front desk to be sure we were checking out of one room and staying in the other. We were assured it was all handled. Then an hour later, when we were on campus with our child, they called to tell us we had checked out of the wrong room and we needed to come get our belongings. We wound up having to rush our goodbye to our child and faced with one more night I. The “jackhammer room” we left and I’m sure were charged for the night. Literally the worst service. Worse than the last time we stayed here and the last time we were moved twice because the WiFi. The room didn’t work.

Superleuke tijd in Washington en dat dankzij een prima verblijfadres.
Pros:

Mooie ligging, Georgetown is een hele leuke wijk om te verblijven. Personeel was heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Nette kamer.

Proximity to everything in Georgetown and DC. Nice rooftop bar. Great staff. Cleanliness. Easy check in. Great valet service. Historic hotel setting!

We enjoyed our stay at The Graham. The staff was great!
Pros:

Ideal location in Georgetown. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. A cute boutique hotel. The staff was accommodating and made parking easy.

Cons:

The hours on the upstairs rooftop bar were inconsistent.

really gorgeous room, water bottles, wonderful bathroom, nice location, great staff

Cons:

$20 for s glass of regular white wine and $75 a day for car is just too much

Also right after you took a shower, there es a fetid smell in the room for a bit.
