We thought the front desk woman was lovely, helpful and warm.
Pros:

The young woman at the front desk was very warm and helpful. The room was clean and quiet.

Cons:

The room could have had another chair, there were 3 of us and only 2 chairs

If you are a light sleeper, the noise can wake you up. The outdoor patio in common area is my favorite part of the hotel
Pros:

Location was convenient and closed to downtown. Being walking distance to Mayfair mall is a bonus.

Cons:

The walls between rooms are thin, you can hear noise from next door and hallway.

Great value all round. We'll stay again when in Victoria.
Pros:

Nothing more to add. Excellent hotel, facility and congenial staff for the traveller. This hotel had a 'new' feel to it due to its cleanliness and efficiency. It is well located for Island travel and served our purposes well. We liked the ample parking and little 'extras', such as 24/7 coffee and 'little deck' on the second floor. Somebody really does give a duck!

Nothing that we can think of ... but don't get complacent because, in the end, everything can be improved.
