We had an absolutely fantastic family stay at the Coast Lethbridge Hotel this past summer! The location is wonderfully convenient for getting around town, and having a great restaurant attached right on site made meals super easy. Our room was spacious, spotless, and the beds were so cozy that everyone slept soundly throughout the night. The kids really enjoyed the indoor pool, which was clean, warm, and not too crowded during our visit. Every single staff member we encountered at the front desk was cheerful, accommodating, and quick to help us out with local tips. The overall atmosphere was extremely perfect for relaxing after a long day of driving. We will definately stay here again next time we pass through Lethbridge and would recommend it to anyone looking for great service!

Room had no window to outside
Small so called window to hallway ( people could look right in the room ( kept blind down )

Small room compared industry competition. Dated building with undersized doors. Was renovated to use an old service elevator as the primary elevator

I didn’t like that when I came back to the hotel around 6pm that there was absolutely no where to park and with an injured child it made it extremely difficult

The front end staff was friendly, but busy. Central location on main road was good and easy to get around. Large expansive foyer.
Not enough staff on a busy weekend. I waited for maintenance person who never showed up to deal with an issue. Smoke detector was covered over, which we didn't notice until we were unpacked. Some of the queen rooms have no window.
