My favorite place 💕
Pros:

Everything was excellent ' that is my to go to and stay place whenever i'm in town .

Cons:

The cleaness , the staff , the Environment the whole stay was just pleasent that was my second time staying there and it want be the last time !

Worst motel room I have ever stayed, Almost left at 3am.

tv not working, clock radio not working, broken springs in mattress, lots of small live bugs coming up into the lavatory from the drain, used bar of soap in the shower, large dead roach in the middle of the floor, slamming doors at 3AM. Terrible night.

Horrible customer survive and a bio hazard
Pros:

Nothing it was full of mold, microwaves left that been on fire , obvious signs of flooding up walls and nasty walls and holes, walls and floors and doors are rotted. My daughter has to be seen because one night cause reactions because of black mold. Luckily had her Benadryl and epi pen. We left a few days ago and I’m still sick from the mold from my sinus irritation ( I’m also sensitive) lobby smelled of mold walking in and the pool was nasty and not maintained. None of
Outer door locks worked and were busted random people in and out all night that were NOT staying. They entered a side door and would go to one room and leave ( you catch my drift) we reported to health department and corporate and also will be making a report.

The property is under new management and they are making lots of improvements! The staff was great to work with and trie
Pros:

The pool was super good! Warm and clean! The staff was very accommodating and tried to correct all our issues right away! Very helpful!

Cons:

No luggage cart available for check in or check out. No extra pillows available. The tv and phone did not work the first night. Dehumidifiers are needed in the rooms. The AC caused a lot of condensation in the rooms, making the floors feel very wet and slippery and the beds felt very wet and damp. Also, there was no hot water available in our room for showers

Will NOT stay here again.
Pros:

Good location for me, and staff was friendly.

Cons:

The first room, the shower water was scalding hot, like have to go to the hospital if I got in. The second room had cold water only. The third room location had no internet service. I had to go to the front check in to conduct finical, medical and personal business.

Jesse was as rude as it comes‼️ and pretended to be the supervisor
Pros:

The pool and my kids swimming until the staff made us uncomfortable

Cons:

We were locked out of our room from 4pm- 11pm and no one came to open the door just waiting with my kids for hours and was told to sleep with the door opened with my kids!!!!! Very unsafe, very unsanitary!!!!! There are no housekeepers and none of the rooms are clean. Bed bugs and roaches everywhere else but I cleaned my room from front to back and had my own cleaning products.

Dirty.
Pros:

The halls had roaches both alive and the type you smoke...although representing non smoking it was clearly not.
The room wasnt dirty to the eye...but I found if I moved something it hadn't been cleaned. Shower was unacceptable so I didn't use it. Bed sheets appeared clean but it was nerve racking to sleep in due to the condition of everything else. Slept a few hours and left immediately, did not use any of rhe offered amenities.
