One rude staff destroyed my whole experience of staying there.
Pros:

The location is perfect, close to pretty much everywhere. The room is also nice and clean.

Cons:

Poor customer service. An Indian man at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. He treated us as if we ask to stay there for free. There are millions way to handle guests's issues but he chose the one that so impolite and unacceptable. No one should be treated that way especially when they didn't use their service for free.

Bastante bien para el precio
Pros:

El personal muy bueno y servicial. Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas.

Cons:

El hotel esta en refacción asi que le faltaban ciertas cosas en algunos pisos y los ruidos de las personas arreglando era muy fuerte y desde horas muy tempranas.

Elevado valor del depósito por 3 noches
Pros:

No incluía desayuno

Cons:

Llevo casi un mes que me devuelvan 255 dólares que me pidieron de depósito. O por lo menos que me den un soporte que ya reversaron al banco ese pago y aún no ha llegado. Averigüé y tienen prohibido pedir un depósito tan alto por 3 noches de alojamiento.

Prima hotel. Foute tijd van het jaar. Berekoud.
Pros:

Prima bedden, hygiëne, personeel.
Hotel ligt redelijk in de buurt van een metrostation. En nog op loopafstand van het witte huis. Maar dat is afgesloten op het moment voor publiek.

Cons:

Hotel verbouwd haar eetgelegenheid. In de buurt is het moeilijker om een eetgelegenheid te vinden.
