Very happy with my stay, and would stay there again in the future.
Pros:

It was very nice. Location was great for me, and the staff was great. Room was very comfortable and quiet.

Cons:

There was unexpected construction going on at the hotel. It didn’t make any issues with my room, just didn’t have a restaurant or bar area available because of it.

Friendly, spacious, but undergoing renovation.
Pros:

The hotel is situated in a nice area of DC. The room was spacious and tidy. The desk personnel were very kind and friendly. The AC works well, and there is a bigger than average refrigerator available in the room.

Cons:

Valet services are relatively pricey. Parking garages in the vicinity are most often closed during the weekend (read: no access to your car!). The hotel is undergoing an extensive renovation. During my stay, the lobby was inaccessible. Price wise, it is kind of expensive for what you actually get.

Das Hotel ist super gelegen aber es muss fertig renoviert sein. Staff muss freundlicher sein.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt super, ist aber unter Renovierung. In der Zeit von Renovierung MUSS man alle Umstaende vorher bekannt geben und Zimmer Preise deutlich runter setzen.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat mir zugesagt eine Nacht zurueck zu erstatten ueber Bookings, da ich in den ersten 24 kein heisses Wasser hatte. Diese Rueckerstattunug ist nie gekommen.

They are on construction, so it was difficult to get to my room or use the elevator (only 1 working because of it)

La cauzione che si trattengono nell’istante del check-in vergognoso per una settimana si sono trattenuti 600 euro che mi torneranno dopo 3 settimane dalla data di partenza. Poi alle 8 di mattina ora locale americana bussavano per pulire la stanza….assurdo

La camera era nuova e molto pulita. Buona posizione

Cons:

L'hotel e' in ristrutturazione, non c'e' una vera entrata. Si doveva attendere x l'ascensore, usato anche dagli addetti ai lavori, non c'era ristorante ne bar attivo. In camera mancava il micronde e per usare il bollitore e la macchina del caffe si doveva spostarle vicino ad una presa, poiche' le hanno posizionate in un posto senza prese. Noi le abbiamo messe in bagno....troppo caro visto la ristrutturazione in corso e la mancanza di servizi di base

Nice hotel with great friendly staff - special mention to Karen at the front desk...

who was always smily and friendly when we came in and very helpful.

Special mention also to the doormen (one was called brook) who were always incredibly helpful.

Nice hotel and great rooms.
