Not bad, probably wouldn't stay again though.
Pros:

The rooms are super clean and beautiful. The location is really central and makes things easily walk-able. The staff were generally nice and helpful as well.

Cons:

First it was the wifi (very slow, odd login system). The elevator broke and they started renovations on the Lobby without telling folks (we were staying on the top floor as well). Ended up being told to use another elevator that wasn't coming even after 15 minutes as nobody in the hotel seemed to know this was going to happen.

Cons:

Our experience at this hotel was incredibly stressful. Despite having a confirmed booking, the staff refused to honour it or provide an equivalent room. We were forced into a long, unnecessary argument just to secure a much smaller room that didn't fit our family’s needs. After a long day of travel, our kids were exhausted, leaving us with no choice but to accept the downgrade. The front desk staff seemed completely untrained and lacked basic hospitality skills. It is unacceptable that we had to suffer for the hotel’s internal errors. The staff was unprofessional, unfriendly, and clearly didn't understand how to handle a reservation error on their end. They turned what should have been a relaxing evening into a nightmare. I would not recommend this property for a family.

Fantástico.
Pros:

Las habitaciones muy amplias, reformadas, con mucho sitio para guardar.
El agua de cortesía lo reponen a diario.
Las camas grandes y muy cómodas. También las almohadas. Las toallas grandes y esponjosas.
El personal muy agradable y atento.

Cons:

Están en reformas y no les funciona el restaurante. Hay operarios trabajando pero es normal en este caso.

Erste Wahl in Washington
Pros:

Ich hatte einen wirklich rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt. Besonders überzeugt hat mich die Lage. Das Weiße Haus und die National Mall erreicht man entspannt zu Fuß in etwa 15 bis 20 Minuten. Auch die Anbindung an die Metro ist richtig gut. Nach ungefähr zehn Minuten Fußweg ist man an der Station und kommt von dort problemlos zum Flughafen oder in andere Teile der Stadt.

In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants, sodass man jeden Abend etwas anderes ausprobieren kann. Gleichzeitig wirkt die Gegend sauber und sicher.

Die Zimmer haben ebenfalls einen sehr guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Alles wirkt modern, frisch renoviert und gepflegt. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird.

Unterm Strich passt hier einfach alles zusammen. Für das, was man bekommt, ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich stark. Wenn ich wieder nach Washington komme, würde ich ohne zu überlegen wieder hier buchen.

Local stay near the main downtown sighta
Pros:

Hotel was not that far away from the main sightseeing locations

Cons:

The hotel stated that they were in the middle of small renovations and apologized for any noise between the hours of 9am-3pm. However, we heard construction right above our room at 7:45am which was very loud for early morning hours.
