Отель в отличном месте, рядом много кафе и магазинов в пешей доступности. Отель отреставрирован, номера новые, свежие.
Pros:

Комната была новая, постельное бельё очень приятное, свежее. Ванная отреставрированная, красивая, всё было очень удобно. Расположение отличное, рядом много кафе, магазинов.

Disappointed in DC
Pros:

The staff was excellent considering that this is a large hotel undergoing a renovation...there was only 1 elevator in service as the other 2 were in the section being renovated. This resulted in long waits for the elevator as it was in constant use.
I particularly commend Elvis, who responded quickly to my room to solve some technical concerns...a truly valuable employee.

Cons:

The long waits at the elevator were tedious and not a good value for the price paid.

Pros:

The rooms are now renovated (or what we stayed in).

Cons:

This hotel is currently under renovation. The lobby is very blocked off. There isn’t any food services and there is one operating elevator.

Top verblijf op erg centrale plek
Pros:

Onze kamer was net verbouwd en heerlijk groot. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Schoon.

Cons:

Door de verbouwing was het een beetje rommelig en de gym was nog niet open, maar we mochten er toch in dus dat was fijn. Medewerkers waren allemaal super vriendelijk

Pros:

We arrived Friday at 8:00pm, and assigned room was good, but A/C unit was not working. Fan system was down and room temp was over 80F. We asked for a room change, and lucky we got another room with working A/C unit.
Rooms, bed and bathroom great, but hotel access not nice.
Staff very friendly and helpful.

Court séjour agréable avec une bonne chambre, des équipements satisfaisants et un excellent emplacement.
Pros:

Même si ce n’était qu’une seule nuit, la chambre était bonne, bien équipée et confortable. L’emplacement est excellent et très pratique pour découvrir la ville.

Beware of the renovations and lack of facilities for the cost.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed and the room was lovely. Location was close enough to everything, without being in the humdrum.

Cons:

On booking or prior to arrival the Hotel failed to inform us of major renovations, so other than the room, no other facilities were available. No bar, no restaurant etc.

They didn’t adjust the room rates to compensate for the disruption and lack of facilities.

I am sure once it’s refurbished, it will be an excellent hotel. However, right now, Travel Lodge would be a better option.
