They need to be aware of where they put clients with major renovations going on.
Pros:

Location was good for our plans. Room was nice.

Cons:

Construction at 7:30 am on floor above our room… restaurant is closed. Ice machine is in laundry room off lobby. There are none working or present in floors above.

Location was great, and the room itself was big with a large bed.

The location is excellent and the room is really well-equipped

All kinds of noises came from the walls/pipes that woke me during the night, the AC was also too loud so had to turn it off for the night

Está bien ubicado, la habitación es muy amplia y cómoda

Cons:

Faltaban utensilios de cocina, éramos 5 y solo había 1 copa , 1 cuchillo, 2 cucharas, no había tasas para desayunar y usamos unas descartables que teníamos y un sillón tenía una pata rota que lo informamos en recepción, si alguien piensa cocinar en el lugar va a tener que reclamar el faltante.
