Pros:

Very comfortable bed. It was clean. And good location.

Cons:

They are doing a refit. While it wasn't noisy, it would have been good to have the restaurant available.

El hotel esta en reparación entonces las zonas comunes son incómodas y con polvo. Lo bueno es que no se escucha el ruido del trabajo

Cons:

The hotel is under construction, so we have to use the service elevator.
- Construction noise starting at 6:30 a.m., with a deafening racket
- Water outage
- Cold water in the evening for showering, even after letting it run for 10 minutes
- no soap dispenser
- I had to follow up about 8 times via email to finally get my bill
My request for compensation went unanswered.

That’s it—no one from my company will ever stay at this hotel again.

L'hotel è in una posizione perfetta e centrale. E' pulito e funzionale. La colazione non eccelsa ma l'albergo è in ristrutturazione e qualche disagio si può accettare

Abbiamo prenotato una suite per quattro. All'arrivo, h22, ci è stata data una micro suite con una matrimoniale ed un divano che non conteneva il letto! Per far capire il problema abbiamo penato fino alle 23. E' vero che ci è stata poi assegnata una suite più grande ma i miei figli si sono dovuti fare il letto da soli e la camera non era "finita" (mancavano delle luci e la porta del bagno non aveva serratura. Capisco tutto ma in un quattro stelle certe cose non me le aspetto proprio

On reaching the hotel by taxi looking at the hotel was a massive disappointment. See pictures.

Fortunately the room we stayed in had just been refurbished.

Cons:

The hotel is going under major reconstruction of the reception, eating and sitting areas. The TV wasn’t working even though we reported it to reception. The security safe was not working and needed maintenance to install batteries before it would useable. We also had to use a not so nice the service lift to access our room and reception.

When booking this hotel there was no mention of building work going on and the management said this work has been going on for quite a few months and will continue for another 4 to 5 months. Had we known we would not have booked this hotel. We are formally requesting compensation as this hotel has spoiled what was men5 to be a special holiday.

The property is undergoing major refurbishment, we were not made aware of this as we would have looked for an alternative property. There were no facilities available and there was dust and noise ongoing.

Cons:

Since the shower enclosure is relatively narrow, it would be better to place the shampoo holders on the shorter sides of the cubicle. As you wash, you constantly bump into the holder. The area where the showerhead is located would be the best spot.

Pros:

Struttura in posizione ottima, vicina alla metro e a varie fermate del bus. Camera molto grande, nuova, si vede che è appena stata rinnovata. I letti erano morbidi e molto comodi, c'era spazio per tutte le nostre valige (eravamo 4 persone) e il bagno molto grande.

Cons:

L'hotel sta facendo dei lavori e da qualche mese ha tolto la colazione. Noi però abbiamo prenotato prima e nella nostra prenotazione non era inclusa. Abbiamo scelto questo hotel proprio perchè offriva la colazione e quando siamo arrivati ci hanno informato che non era così. Ci hanno rimborsato, vero, ma il disagio creato è stato enorme! Avrebbero dovuto avvisarci prima per darci la possibilità di modificare la prenotazione. Purtroppo il disagio causato supera il comfort della camera.
