Todo estuvo muy bien.
Rooms are newly refurbished so they were clean and fresh. The Outdoor facade was still under contruction but i had already been informed in the confirmation email. The staff were excellent especially the conceirge Mr Solomon. He was very kind, efficient and helpful.
The Housekeeping staff were efficient too, they cleaned the room to very high standards and stocked up all the essentials.
Overall happy with my short stay at this hotel.
La cama estaba cómoda
El personal de recepción,soy una mujer autista ,usé mi cordón de identificación desde cuando llegué y aun así no fueron amables,tampoco puedes usar el wifi .la iluminación cerca de la cama tbm es muy alta,tienes que levantarte para poder prender la luz lo que resulta incómodo.

Большой номер, есть все удобства. Удобное расположение относительно достопримечательностей и района посольств, рядом достаточно разных кафе.
Платила за другой номер, но его не оказалось в доступе при заселении. Английский одной из сотрудниц стойки регистрации совершенно непонятный. Дверь в ванную неудобная. Комары. Отель неуютный, дело не в ремонте и временном переезде стойки регистрации.

L’hôtel a prélever un montant de 550 dollars sur ma carte bancaire et j’ai pas été remboursé jusqu’à présent alors que j’avais déjà tout payé
Location is good, rooms are relatively clean and recently renovated.
The hotel is undergoing renovation, so many of the expected amenities are unavailable. The restaurant is closed, the front desk has nothing in the way of toiletries, and there are no vending machines on site. The best the front desk could do was provide some small paper cups to be used at an ice machine to get some water.The main elevators will drop you off in the lobby, which is a construction site, and you cannot exit through the front doors. This was all a big surprise after a 5 hour drive, and quite disappointing.
The hotel is undergoing construction, which made for a less-than-perfect noise situation, but the bed was very comfortable and the staff was both helpful and kind. I was particularly impressed by the ownership the cleaning staff demonstrated in what I can only imagine is a tough environment with the construction.
Das war bisher das beste Hotelzimmer auf unserer USA Reise. Alles noch sehr neu, sauber und bequem. Die Renovierungsarbeiten finden nur noch im Erdgeschoss statt und stören nicht. Parken ist teuer, aber es gibt genug Parkhäuser zur Auswahl In der Umgebung.
