Mooie kamers
Zwembad is pas op laat tijdstip te gebruiken. Doordeweeks om 09.00 uur, op zondag om 10 00 uur, dat is een tegenvaller.
La ubicación, el desayuno y el gimnasio.
El sistema de calefacción no es bueno y solo lo contectan cuando la temperatura exterior está por debajo de los 17 grados.
La ducha es con cortinas! y los artefactos viejos. La tabla del inodoro gastada y despintada.
Positivo: El Hotel es muy bueno, muy confortable y cómodo en sus instalaciones. Muy buena atención del personal. Mención especial para Oscar del spa y el mozo del Bar del lobby de Planta Baja. Excelentes los dos.
Negativo: 1) Un Hotel que es caro, y de 5 estrellas, no puede cobrar el parking adicional. 2) El sábado hubo una fiesta y se inutilizo el ascensor que va a la cochera hasta el subsuelo porque subía y bajaba solamente hasta planta baja con gente de la Fiesta. A las 12 de la noche tuvimos que salir de la cochera al exterior por la rampa de ingreso de los vehículos para volver a entrar al Hotel por la puerta de entrada. Inadmisible en un Hotel de esta categoría. 3) A las 12 de la noche, ya no hay cafe, té o servicio de bebidas y ni siquiera de hielo para la habitación

Mueblería de las habitaciones y baños viejos. Aún con cortina. Bañera chiquita e incómoda. Falta inversión para remodelar las habitaciones

La atencion de todo el personal es para resaltar, son muy amables y predispuestos a solucionar cualquier inconveniente, toda la cadena de Sheraton se destaca por eso, en ningun otro lugar me han atendido tan bien.
Los vidrios de la habitacion estaban muy sucios, pedimos vista al mar, y realmente opacaba la misma la mugre de los vidrios, una lastima. El resto de la habitacion estaba impecable, solo los vidrios del lado de afuera, se nota que hacia mucho no eran limpiados.

La piscina hasta las 17 hs los ninos , uno llega al hotel a la tarde para disfrutarlo y mi nena de 9 años no puede ingresar, asique nosotros tampoco y el salon de juegos cerrado de tarde tambien, y el Hotel muy añejo.
