When I booked my stay the offer clearly said, transfer to airport included in the price, however they did not keep their word, not sure who was at fault though, maybe booking.com, lied to me?!
Café da manhã muito bom, quarto espaçoso e cama confortável, banheiro muito bom, limpeza impecável, deixaram de brinde uma garrafa de água na nossa chegada, o que foi uma agradável surpresa. Localização ótima, a 2 minutos da estação de metrô e de comboios.
Chegamos para o checkin às 23h bastante cansados da viagem e o quarto não estava pronto como foi solicitado, pois faltou a cama extra destinada ao meu filho de 4 anos. Isso foi solucionado no mesmo dia, mas atrasou um pouco o nosso descanso. Também achei desagradável a TV do Hall não ter volume nenhum, principalmente em época de Copa do Mundo, tivemos que assistir o jogo sem som, pois no quarto só tem acesso aos canais abertos.
Localização, próximo a Avenida de Roma uma zona de muitos restaurantes. Também gostei do fitness center apesar de ser muito pequeno e com poucas máquinas. Tem um excelente Bar também.

Excellent front of house staff. The room was glorious - beautiful view over the city. Large and spacious, with a very inviting balcony. Bed was great, as was the shower. (Did not use the restaurant or other facilities so cannot comment on them).Once we closed the balcony door, we could not hear the street or the trains, so good sound-proofing.
The hotel was not in a great location for walking around the touristy parts of the city. But of course the buses and Bolt/Lyft make it pretty easy to get around. I would stay here again.

Lokalizacja jest super. 10 minut taksówką z lotniska, naprzeciwko hotelu jest stacja kolejowa skąd można pojechać np. do Sintra. Około 5 minut do stacji metra gdzie w 20 minut można dojechać do centrum. Niedaleko ma mały sklep spożywczy.
A teraz hotel- bardzo czysty, cicha okolica, wygodne łóżko. Wszystko czego potrzeba na krótki pobyt. Śniadanie dobre, spory wybór.
Na balkonie był wentylator klimatyzacji hotelowe. Hałasował cały czas. Na szczęście okna zapewniają dobre tłumienie dźwięku z zewnątrz
