We had a very short stopover because of our flights but wish we could have slept longer in the comfortable beds!

Good but could have been better.

The room was stark with no warmth to it.
The bathtub/shower was difficult to use and slippery.
We were upset not to have any USB ports in the room - unacceptable in today’s world.

Pros:

O tamanho do quarto era maravilhoso. O atendimento dos funcionários também.

Cons:

Não achei bom o pequeno almoço. Pouquíssimas frutas ( 4 tipos) e a variedade ruim.

Buen hotel para usar como base para visitar Lisboa.
Pros:

La ubicación, está a 2 minutos andando de la parada de metro Roma que te deja en el centro en 15 minutos. El personal muy atento y la habitación correcta.

Cons:

Está pegado a una estación de tren y la insonorización no es la mejor, así que desde temprano se escuchan los trenes. Si eres de sueño ligero no lo recomiendo.
Tienen maquina de café de cápsulas y te dejan 4 en la habitación, pero son de pago (1,75€ cada una) me pareció algo excesivo en otros hoteles de la misma categoría dejaban un par de ellas de cortesía. Las instalaciones aunque muy correctas, se nota que tienen bastante uso y tienen desperfectos, pero nada grave que incomode la estancia.
