Niet nog een keer bij Crowne plaza Maastricht
Pros:

De locatie aan de Maas is perfect. Dat is dan ook de kracht van dit hotel.

Cons:

Wij verbleven in een familiekamer met 2 jonge kinderen. De badkamer was kort geleden vernieuwd. Die was net en schoon. De kamer zelf was echter niet schoon, stofranden langs het meubilair en ronduit smerige matrassen.

Het parkeren leek niet goed geregeld. De locatie van de garage is ook perfect, maar telkens gedoe met de uitrijkaart bij verlaten garage.

Het moment van schoonmaak van de kamer is onhandig. Het voornemen deze ‘premium familiekamer’ te reinigen was dagelijks om circa 16.00 uur… zo ongeveer precies het moment dat je met jongen kinderen terugkomt op de kamer na een dagje Maastricht.. derhalve kamer niet gereinigd gedurende ons verblijf van 3 nachten.

Algeheel veel te duur hotel voor het niveau dat werd aangeboden tijdens ons verblijf dit keer bij Crowne.

Er is gelukkig veel meer keuze in Maastricht!

Kamer veel te warm, gordijnen niet zonsverduisterend daarom erg vroeg licht en wakker in de Kamer. Balkon niet netjes of gezellig gemaakt, oude uitgedroogde kaas met witte randen bij het ontbijt

De slechte crown plaza die ik heb al heb meegemaakt

Oud en gewoon over druk en onpersoonlijk

Cons:

Kamer, diensten airco werkte niet dubbele boeking kamer
Houskeeping maakte vanaf 7 uur lawaai door de deuren te laten dicht vallen zo was je zeker wakker en konden op tijd kamers kuisen
Niemand sprak nederlands in Nederland
Zeer onpersoonlijk en dit voor een crown plaza
Verkeerde kamer en dubbele boeken

Great location in Maastricht for walks along the Meuse river. I highly recommend!
Pros:

Both the location and the hotel itself were great. The hotel is in close proximity to various attractions and restaurants, and I quite enjoyed walking along the Meuse river throughout the day on my way to and from the hotel. The room also had a balcony, and I wish I used it more! All in all, I highly recommend staying here :)

Es ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, und das Frühstück war für einen Tag okay aber für drei Tage wenig abwechslungsreich. Für Veganer gab es kaum Dinge, die man essen konnte.
