Schönes Hotel mit guter Lage zur Altstadt. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Parkhaus direkt am Hotel zum fairen Preis.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Checkin und Checkout war problemlos und schnell.
Frühstück sehr gut und das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt.

Sehr bequemes Hotel in perfekter Lage
Pros:

Sehr zentral und direkt am Fluß gelegen, 15 Minuten gemütlich über eine der Brücken zu Fuß zum Zentrum. Großes sehr helles Parkhaus unter dem Hotel. Großes Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten und mit einem schönen modernisierten Bad. Im Zimmer gab es eine individuelle Klimaanlage und große Heizkörper, sodaß man es trotz der niedrigen Aussentemperatur sehr angenehm hatte.
In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es viele Geschäfte und gute Restaurants, die nicht so überlaufen sind, wie im Zentrum von Maastricht.
Wir sind nicht der Meinung, dass das Hotel „in die Jahre gekommen“ ist, wie manche Bewertungen vermuten lassen. Retro wie in den 1980ern ist ansprechend, wenn es wie hier sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer modernisiert, komfortabel und makellos sauber ist.

Cons:

Trotz Doppelverglasung hörte man etwas Lärm von draußen. Gut, dass kaum Autos am Hotel vorbei fahren - wir fühlten uns deshalb trotz Lärmempfindlichkeit nicht wirklich gestört.
Sehr unerwartet für ein Crowne Plaza bekam man bei einem Zimmer mit 2 getrennten Betten (bucht man sicher nicht als Einzelperson) einen 2. Bademantel mit Slippern nur auf Anfrage.

Pros:

Fantastisch ontbijt met goede service. Mooi restaurant met uitzicht op de Maas en de oude stad. Het hotel ligt op een mooie locatie in de stad. Erg geschikt voor een korte vakantie of een weekendje weg.

Geweldige locatie in Maastricht
Pros:

De locatie is echt geweldig, midden in Maastricht aan de Maas.

Cons:

Niet enthousiast over de douche. Het lijkt erop dat het hotel water probeert te besparen (goed initiatief), maar nu kwam er amper water uit de douchekop. Voor een vrij prijzig hotel is een goede douche wel een basis vereiste.
