I REALLY liked how the young guy at the front desk helped me out,when I was planning on staying an extra day but things didn't quite work out. He gave me some suggestions on what I could do. I didn't get his name but this happened on 2/10/26 between 11am and 1pm. Hopefully with that information you can find out who it was and reward him for excellent customer service 👍🏾. I definitely LOVED the view and my room.

Pros:

The staff at this location were outstanding, friendly, and accommodating! Friendly, smiling faces at breakfast every morning really elevated the experience. I'd most certainly stay here again should my journeys take me back through ATL!

Pros:

The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and well organized. The staff were friendly and kind.

Cons:

The parking situation is a nightmare. You have to pay $50 for valet parking for overnight OR pay to park somewhere nearby. It was so difficult to navigate!

Also, booking.com has the INCORRECT checkout time. Checkout time is actually 11 AM, not 12 noon.

Overall the stay was great
Pros:

Overall really clean and comfortable

Cons:

Parking was not convenient if you have a truck you can not use valet parking only if you have a car and it’s $50 which you are not told until check in and it’s really congested out front on arrival to get checked in.
