Don’t be fooled by the price, it’s cheap for a reason.

Between all the main things.

Cons:

There’s a phone in the room that has no wire. The hairdryer does not work. There’s cockroaches in the room. Tried to book a spa service but no answer and told to go knock on room 618 which is so strange. None of the breakfast items are labelled as to what they are. During breakfast someone was fixing the AC right above the milk and cereal station so dust and dirt falling straight onto breakfast items. Asked for a hair dryer and took 30 minutes. Was told staff are on break - surely they don’t all go on break at the same time. Would not recommend. Even the rooms smell of cigarettes even though they are non smoking rooms.

Esperando confirmación de estancia, los administrativos no sirven para su trabajo, la dirección debería tener en cuenta a los negados que trabajan allí, nunca contestan emails etc

Cons:

Estoy esperando la confirmación de mi estancia , los administrativos y recepcionistas son incompetentes del todo, no escriben respuestas a los clientes, voy a perder el dinero por su total incompetencia,.solo sirven para mandar encuestas, no para hacer su trabajo de contestar emails

The swimming pool and staff were very friendly and helpful with sending items locally and booking taxis.

Cons:

Two staff members said differently about the price of the additional mattress.
The carpet needs to change.

I would not stay here again
Pros:

The only thing I liked was the shower pressure.

Cons:

The TV reception was terrible and the Internet service constantly dropped out. The building needs renovation. The whole building smells musty. The swimming pool was dirty so I never used it. It also needs renovating.
