Lovely hotel close to the station. Very good breakfast.
We wished we had spent a little longer to explore Messina, unfortunately our train arrived very late and we had an early start the next day.
The room was extremely clean, the location was perfect, and everyone was friendly and willing to help whenever needed. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely book it again without hesitation.
The hotel is close to the train station and central to the main part of the city.
The bed was clean and comfortable and service staff attentive and polite.
The breakfast is good and the attendants very helpful.
There are no in room facilities for tea and coffee making which should be standard for a large hotel.
The shower cubical is ridiculous small (photo attaced showing size of cubical door with a standard toot brush) and would be very difficult, if not impossible, for a large person or person with mobility issues.
The windows are double glazed but still get significant noise from the busy road.
The so called " flat screen TV" is small and no bigger than a computer screen.
The air-conditioning is inefficient.
The hotel advises a "Restaurant " but there is none, only a breakfast room.
The so called "coffee shop" was not open in the morning.
The operating lifts can be heard from our room during the night.

Need an up grate in the room . Tv in my opinion needs to be replace . Toilet and especially the shower in the bath need to be review .
