Decent hotel but its showing its age.
Pros:

The breakfast and its location was good. The room was a big size but it was always too warm and we had a difficult time getting is cooled. The staff told us that they controlled it and we should have called them first. The location was very centralized for our needs.
I liked the underground garage since it is difficult to find parking near the hotel.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that the doors in the entry and the bathroom did not close. The entry door latch barely caught in the lock position and the bathroom door did not close at all

Charmant, praktisch und komfortabel.
Pros:

Super sauberes Hotel - sauberstes Hotel unserer Reise. Charmant renoviert, was uns ältere Semester sehr angesprochen hat. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr aufmerksamer Service.

Cons:

Keine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer. Abends um neun war die Bar nicht mehr besetzt (allerdings waren wir außerhalb der Saison). Wir konnten in die Umgebung ausweichen.Auch war es etwas warm im Zimmer aber wir konnten das Fenster öffnen

Nice hotel. Great location for us train travellers.
Pros:

Great hotel for an overnight stay in Messina, especially for us train travellers.

Comfortable bed, and spacious room and bathroom.

Very close to Messina Centrale, the train station.

Cons:

The hotel is showing its age, but that only adds to its charm.
