Gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in Bahnhofs Nähe, freundliches Personal
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal am Empfang und beim Frühstück. Praktisch, wenn man ein Hotel in Fußnähe zum Hauptbahnhof sucht. Mein Zimmer nach hinten war angenehm ruhig.

Cons:

Es gab ein Jalousie vor dem Fenster, die knapp zur Hälfte herunter gelassen war. Ich habe keine Möglichkeit gefunden diese ganz hochzuziehen. Ich habe aber auch nicht nachgefragt.

Decent Value - Far from Luxury
Pros:

I stayed here with a friend for one night in February 2026.

We used it as a stopover after our trip to St. Moritz, so it was really just somewhere to rest for the night. We were greeted by a very friendly and accommodating receptionist who spoke excellent English and made check-in easy.

He mentioned that our room had been upgraded, although if that was the upgrade, I’d be slightly concerned about what the original room was like. The hotel is located a short uphill walk from Zurich Central Station and is in a decent area — around 10 minutes from the main central spots.

In terms of cleanliness, it wasn’t quite to the standard you’d ideally expect from a hotel — but it wasn’t dirty either. The window was slightly damaged, and while the bathroom was generally clean, there was visible grime around parts of the shower fixtures. The shower itself was very small. Overall, everything felt quite basic. The room had a TV, kettle, and coffee, but no additional amenities.

We decided against having breakfast as it didn’t seem particularly good value for money.

The room itself was very standard — for anyone from the UK, I’d compare it to a small Premier Inn. Nothing special, but perfectly fine if you just need somewhere to sleep. The key was a heavy metal key, which felt a bit unusual and was slightly awkward to carry around.

That said, I did have a good night’s sleep, which was ultimately the main purpose of our stay. Considering it’s Zurich — where prices are generally high — it’s hard to complain too much for what we paid.

In conclusion, this is a classic three-star hotel. It doesn’t excel in any particular area, but it doesn’t do much wrong either. For a short stay, I’d say it’s perfectly adequate. However, if you’re travelling with a partner or looking for something more special, you might want to consider a higher-end option.

泊まれれば良い、という人向け
Pros:

お部屋をアップグレードしてくれてました！
基本清潔でお部屋も広く、過ごしやすかったです。
寝泊まりするだけ、ホテルにこだわりがない方、安さ重視の方にはオススメです。

Cons:

・暖かいシャワーは水圧が弱く、冷たいのにすればするほど水圧が強くなるタイプで調整が大変でした。
・内鍵閉めづらい
・鍵は重い
・フロントの人は愛想が良い人と悪い人の差がすごい
・チューリッヒHB駅からは近いけど、行くまでに階段や坂道があり、駅に繋ぐエスカレーターも遠いため体感遠く感じる。

Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great, less than a 5 minute walk to the main train station, 1 minute walk to the tram, and close to all the restaurants in old town.

Cons:

The breakfast was sub-par. They don't even have a toaster, just a microwave which was broken. At least they had soymilk and vegan butter. The coffee was undrinkable. The single rooms are tiny, and the beds very uncomfortable. I had to rotate my mattress because the one side (which faced the room, the other side was against the wall) was worn down so much from people sitting on it like a couch.
