It is a great hotel and I would stay there again even though the breakfast was not as good as other hotels.
Pros:

The room was spacious and the bathroom was exceptional clean. Comfortable bed.

Pros:

Hotel Bristol Zurich’s biggest strength is undoubtedly its location. It is within easy walking distance of Zurich HB (the main railway station), which makes it extremely convenient for travellers arriving by train or planning day trips across Switzerland. The hotel is also close to bus and tram stops, as well as tour bus pickup points, making it an excellent base for exploring the city and surrounding areas.

Cons:

However, there were a couple of drawbacks during our stay. The hotel does not have air conditioning, which became particularly challenging during the recent heat wave when temperatures reached 34°C. Unfortunately, no table fan or pedestal fan was available either. This made the room quite uncomfortable, especially for our 9-year-old child.

The breakfast was acceptable but fairly basic, with limited variety and fewer options than we expected from a hotel in this category.

Prfect for resting up from long flight, and still see large portion of Zurich in 1 1/2 days.

Unkompliziert, freundlich, sehr zentral gelegen. Preis-Leistung stimmt!
Pros:

Sehr nahe gelegen zum Hauptbahnhof Zürich oder zur Universität/ETH. Ideal um bsp. vor wichtigen Meetings oder Examen vor Ort zu übernachten. Abgesehen davon ist Zürich ja immer eine Reise wert und das Nachtleben entsprechend reichhaltig.

Friendly hotel, great staff and brilliant location
Pros:

Easy walking distance from the main station, across the Linnet River. Quiet away from traffic and major streets. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Would definitely book again

Breakfast was a little thin, but not overly so. Food and drink choice limited.
