Muhteşem konum, tertemiz, iyi hizmet ve kahvaltı..
Pros:

Konumu muhteşem; en güzel caddelerin kesiştiği, hayvanat bahçesi ile akvaryumun ve en iyi alışveriş mekanlarının dibinde. Çocuklu aileler için mükemmerl konum. Havalanından direk tren otele geliyor.
Çok temiz odalar, kahvaltı çok yeterli ve lezzetli, daha önemlisi çok tertipli.

Ben çok öneririm.

Cons:

Tek eksiği bence odada resepsiyonu arayacak bir telefon ve dolapta su. Gerçi su musluklardan içilebiliyor.

La posizione centrale e super collegata.

Cons:

La camera che ci hanno dato non era come quelle viste in foto. Ci hanno proposto di cambiarla, ma non abbiamo voluto causare problemi. Abbiamo chiesto di pulire la camera ed è stata fatta una pulizia superficiale.

Pros:

Das historische Gebäude ist wohl relativ groß und verwinkelt. man kann mit einem Aufzug zwar bis zu den Zimmern gelangen, hat aber trotzdem noch vereinzelt Treppen. Auch den Eingang ziert eine große Treppe - für mich nicht störend, aber für Menschen, die auf Barrierefreiheit angewiesen sind leider nicht geeignet.

Für alle die sich nicht von ein paar Treppenstufen abschrecken lassen: Ganz klare Empfehlung!
Die Lage ist sehr zentral und war für meinen Aufenthalt perfekt. Durch die nahegelegene S-Bahn und U-Bahn Anbindung mit keinen 5 min Fußweg gut gelegen.

Das Hotel ist zwar samt Einrichtung durchaus in die Jahre gekommen, dafür ist der Preis aber echt unschlagbar. Die Möbel haben zwar deutliche Abnutzungsspuren, aber irgendwo muss sich der gute Preis ja auch erklären.
Das wesentliche, die Sauberkeit, war gegeben und auch das Bett war bequem. Das Bad hatte sogar eine Badewanne.
Bei offenem Fenster hat man die Klimaanlage des Nachbarsgebäude im Hof zwar gehört, bei geschlossenen Fenstern aber nicht störend.

Alles im Allen werde ich dieses Hotel definitiv wieder wählen, wenn ich einen Aufenthalt in Berlin plane.

Cons:

Im Bad fehlt definitiv ein Zahnputzbecher! Da würde ich mich sehr freuen, wenn das geändert wird und ich bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt einen hätte.

Und das zweite kleine Manko: ich fand das Zimmer trotz ausreichender Lampen relativ dunkel. Hier könnte man vlt mal mit helleren Lampen nachbessern.

Если поменять вытяжку все прекрасно, уж слишком она шумная
Pros:

На ресепшене была очень приятная и вежливая девушка, она так и излучала спокойствие 😊 Хол был королевским) номер просторный , и просто потрясающий матрас - Это пожалуй самое лучшее в отеле!

Cons:

Вытяжка в туалете была очень шумной как пылесос или старый холодильник и по всему отелю очень скрипучие полы.

Konumu kesinlikle muhteşem 5 günlük gezimde hiç zorlanmadım hem otobüs hem metro istasyonuna çok yakın. Tesisin temizliği ve personeli de gayet güzeldi. Tam fiyat performans oteliydi. İnsanlar neyi beğenmedi anlamadım. Gecelik 50-60 euro verip en işlek caddelerden birinde kalıyorsunuz. Lüks bir şey bekleyenler hiltonlara gidebilir.
Sonradan odama gelen ablamı hiçbir sorun çıkarmadan sabah 6:30 da ilgilenen personele kötü diyemem kesinlikle.

I was solo there and it was scary during the nights. Weird noises and footsteps outside my door.
There isn't even a phone in the room to call the reception.
Everything is old.
It's not value for money at all.
