Pros:

La posizione è perfetta per girare la città.
Negozi e ristoranti a portata di mano e stazioni ferroviare e metropolitane per arrivare ovunque.

Cons:

Avrei messo 10 peccato per l'esercizio commerciale al fianco della struttura, dopo una partita del mondiale alle 3 di notte hanno sparato razzi e petardi che quasi finivano in camera.

Situata in zona molto comoda e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Molto vicina alla metropolitana ed al treno. In zona ci sono molti negozi e ristoranti aperti anche fino a tarda sera. Soluzione molto comoda per andare allo stadio.

Cons:

Pulizia non impeccabile, in particolare i tessuti di sedia e poltrona.

Wegen der Lage gebucht
Pros:

Die Lage war der Grund für die Buchung. Frühstück hatten wir nicht. Soweit ok, allerdings war der Preis eher hoch für die Qualität und Ausstattung.

Cons:

Es war brutal warm im Zimmer! Es ist ein sehr altes Gebäude mit alten Möbeln und sehr hohen Decken, schon imposant aber eben alt und es könnte mal wieder renoviert oder mindestens gestrichen werden.

Heel dichtbij om de hoek Cafe Paris waar David Bowie kwam en bekende sterren hebben gezeten

Für eine Nacht ok, aber nicht im Hochsommer.
Pros:

Gute Lage!

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage. Überhitzung der Räume. Alles alt und renovierungsbedürftig.
Am Frühstücksbuffet (17 Euro!) muss man immer hinterher laufen, da viele Sachen leer waren. Personal überfordert.
Das geht besser...
Man muss am abend vorher an der Rezeption bescheid sagen, wenn das Zimmer gemacht werden soll...

Die zentrale Lage und kurze Wege zur U-Bahn.Zudem ein faires Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Altmodische und unhygienische Teppichböden, ein zu kleines Bett für 2 Personen und ein fehlender Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

Pros:

Sehr gemütliches Hotel, schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gerade deswegen hat es einen gewissen Charme. Auch wenn die Teppiche schon abgewetzt und ausgeblichen sind- an der Sauberkeit war nichts auszusetzen! Das Personal war sehr nett, Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Leider war es viel zu warm im Zimmer. Trotz geöffneter Fenster konnten wir kaum schlafen, das Gebäude hatte sich während der heißen Tage extrem aufgeheizt.

Nicht übertrieben teuer wie die meisten anderen Einrichtungen, dennoch stabil.
Pros:

Super Lage, Zimmer zum Hinterhof ruhig, geräumiges Bad mit Wanne.

Cons:

Fernseher mit nur 2 Programmen und sehr schlechten Empfang. Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Close to Zoo and City Attractions
Pros:

Hotel was amongst several dining options with restaurants within close walking distance, public transport was also easy to navigate with this great location. Across from the Zoo and Gardens. Staff were apologetic for the dated appearance of the Hotel which did not detract from my stay.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like about the Hotel. While it was basic, I could not fault the cleaning or the comfortable beds, also the bathroom was better than anticipated

Probably good hotel in winter, spring or autumn.
Pros:

It is so hard to tell positive things because we were at the hotel when there was a Heatwave in Berlin and outside temperature was +41 degree Celsius.
So the room temperature was at least +33.
No air conditioning and no ventilator weren’t provided, so it was really hard to stay in the room.
We couldn’t open the window, because outside was even hotter.
At night we needed to sleep naked, put wet towels on us and change them every hour.
The only possible way to take a normal breath was in the bathroom when the cold water was turned on.
I understand that the Heatwave is a Global problem, but you need to think of some solutions in future.

Good thing - bed was comfortable. So if someone stays in this hotel when the temperature outside isn’t higher than +23, then it should be ok.

Cons:

It was horrible to stay in the room when there was hot weather outside. I thought that my heart will stop.
The room was not like in pictures.
The closet door didn’t close - it would be nice to repair them.
The TV didn’t work at first. It took a while to find one working tv channel (after I checked at least 25 channels that didn’t work)
You must clean the drains in shower - water was going down really slowly.
Lamp on the right side table didn’t work.
It would be good to have a small refrigerator in the room.
It would be good to have air conditioning or at least a ventilator in the room.
