War sehr enttäuscht. Bin noch nie in einem so schlechten Hotel gewesen.

War sehr zentral gelegen

Cons:

Heruntergekommenes, schmutziges Hotel. Das erste Zimmer war völlig unzumutbar ( dreckig, abgenutzt, laut durch undichte Fenster). Habe dann ein anderes bekommen. Das war etwas saubere und leiser, da es zur Hofseite hin war. Die Dusche habe ich mir nicht getraut zu benutzen. Türen und Fenster waren undicht. Ich war echt schockiert, dass es so etwas als Hotel überhaupt noch gibt.

Altes Gebäude, alte Zimmer, direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, dafür aber sehr ruhig im Zimmer. Extrem kleines Badezimmer.

Otelin konumu harika bir lokasyonda. Bütün ulaşım araçlarını rahatlıkla kullanabilirsiniz. Havalimanından aktarma dahil 45 dk da otele ulaştık diyebilirim. Outlet servisi otele sadece 3 dk yürüme mesafesinde, bu çok büyük bir kolaylık sağlıyor. Kahvaltı bir çok benzeri otele göre idare eder seviyedeydi. Etrafında alışveriş ve yeme içme için oldukça fazla alternatifi var.

Cons:

3 gece kaldık otelde, ilk gecemiz çok tatsız geçti. 2 kişi için oldukca kucuk ve kullanıssız bir oda tahsis etmişler. odanın köşelerinde örümcek ağları vardı. tuvaletteki armaturlerin üzeri tozluydu, şubat ayında 2 kaloriferin 1 tanesi yanmıyordu baya kazakla yattık. aynı gece değiştirmek istedik yer olmadığını soylediler; yastık istedik extra yastıkları yokmus, oda buz gibi olduğu için ayakkabıyla odada dolasmak istemedik tek kullanımlık terlik istedik o hizmetleri de yokmus. ilk gece sonrası odamızı baska bir odaya transfer ettiler. nispeten daha iyi bir odada 2 gece daha kaldık.

Vielleicht ein Trinkgefäß bereitstellen.

Der Charme und Charakter des alten Gebäudes ist wunderbar gepflegt und wird zum Glück erhalten. Auch wenn man die Jahre an einigen Stellen aufgrund von Vergilbungen in den Teppichen sieht ist alles sauber und einladend.
Das Personal ist stets freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, wird zügig nachgefüllt und für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei.
Der Standort ist optimal zum erkunden von Berlin, gerade mal 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten.
Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet mit TV/WLAN, Safe, guten Betten mit guten Matratzen, weder zu fest noch zu weich, Dusche/ Wanne/ Föhn.
