It was OK Massage everything else it was all right
Pros:

Never came and clean my room. It was stuff under the bed stuff under the chair stuff behind the pillows. The Wi-Fi was acting up. The TV will go off and on.

Cons:

The fire pit, the indoor pool and it was close to the stores

Pros:

Employees very helpful and friendly especially Stephanie your new executive housekeeper on Montage Mount. and Jamie a girl whole answered the phone and calmed me down after arriving home and reviewing email bill which was undeciferable : see complaint below.

Cons:

Your room lighting was INADEQUATE to say the least. Three different lught fixtures in the room with different wattages which did not serve the purpose : you need ceiling lighting !! Mattress was hard, could not view baseball championship game because TBS did not show anything and unable to watch Fox News channel 20- nothing showed: I hope it was not a political stance. Had to reprogram room keys 3X because front desk personnel did not tell me to keep them away from cell phones. Upon returning home received email regarding my stay, cost etc.which showed a negative amount $324.65 and a balance of the same amount using a mastercharge # ( never had a M/C ). After speaking with Jamie, she explained it to me and said that I owed nothing. SHE's A KEEPER !!!! Website seemed to indicate that we would get a free continental breakfast which I found out not to be the case.
After having a informative talk with Stephanie who explained the facility will have a renovation this year after she heard our several concerns especially about poor room lighting and fixtures, she was kind enough to suggest we use your Fairfield Inn facility when we come to Pa. next year while this facility is being modernized.

Bed was comfortable and staff pleasant but would certainly not stay there again .
Pros:

Amanda who checked us in was extremely nice .

Cons:

No vending machines , window curtain was torn, lamps were dusty and lamp shades were torn . Complimentary coffee has become standard when traveling and staying in a hotel . Certainly not up to what I would consider Marriott standard .

Pros:

free parking, good location, simple check-in with accommodations for very late check-in, stocked bathroom products and hair dryer were nice.

Cons:

there was no television remote in the room, television was not able to be used. expected more bathroom cleanliness at a Marriott property.
