Location was good
Beds were small
We love that we got service when we needed it
We loved the warming fire
And the late check in
And very nice people
The grounds were cleaned. Appreciate the open back patio area with fire pit.
My tub didn’t drains water was brown sheets didn’t fit the bed. When trying to get a new room staff was rude and didn’t accommodate right away. I had to almost beg! The tub was horrible!
Staff was very polite
Hallways had a funky smell to it on the 2nd floor. Shower pressure was super low. Bed were super rough with pillows too soft.
staff was friendly
tv was on when we arrived and there was no remote to turn it off
4 guests, but only 2 washcloths and towels
reservation included sofa bed, but no bedding in room
not every item listed on menu was available
sign at food counter said open 5-10pm, but wasn't open on the day we were there
area behind sofa bed was very dirty
enjoyed the fire pit and outside set up, Staff was great...Amanda at the front desk made the stay enjoyable....she was amazing!!!!!!
The signage for the hotel was not sufficient and easy to miss.
Bistro was closed for dinner and breakfast the next morning. Staffing issues.
The location was OK to the wedding we attended, which was not close to very many places. We didn’t have very many choices.
Basically, we just slept there and the bed was comfortable.
The morning staff person was very nice
The evening staff person was not very helpful - seemed bored.
The rug on the floor in our room was wet when we arrived! EWWWW!
beds were fantastic
toilets were so low when you sat down you couldn’t rise unassisted
grounds were a sloppy, nasty mess … no where near Marriott standaeds
Location to PNC field
Well 90% of the hotel was evacuated, no alarm in room 148.
Fire dept, hotel service, no one knocked on our door. They didn’t follow the proper protocol. And my whole family slept through and I was informed a 7 am.
Not sure why we had to evacuated, the hotel refused to tell my the reason for the evacuation. My 7 year old has had a headache for two days now. The hotel hasn’t refunded me my money. So I will seek out a lawyer.
Very clean and nice employees
Nothing
Great customer service
Due to a gas leak we had to check out leaving us with no where to stay. No accommodations were offered. My family day trip was ruined.
Currently, this hotel is a literal health hazard, I normally do not post reviews but I am concerned for the safety of anyone booking stays here. In general, this hotel is run down and has not been kept up . At 10pm the fire alarms went off, we went outside and then were informed that there was a SEWER GAS LEAK so bad severe that we all needed to go inside, pack our things and evacuate the hotel immediately. The entire first floor reeked of sewage. They weren't sure if they could reimburse or find people different hotels. Whoever owns this property put the health and safety of many at risk.
