Clean facility and room
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bartender at the bistro and bar made great drinks!

Cons:

The pool had way too much chlorine in it, I understand you have to offset the people germs, but it definitely burned the skin and eyes. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, but pillows were great. Room was clean.

Yuck! Not clean.
Pros:

The facility is in disrepair and is filthy. There was trash outside on the sidewalk, trash, dirt, and dried leaves in the lobby, and trash in the elevator. The hallway to our room reeked of cigarettes and pot. The room's balcony was littered with cigarette butts. Our first room had not been cleaned and was disgusting. The toilet had not even been flushed. The second room was clean but had seen better days, as had everything else in the building. The concierge was polite, but there is only so much they can do. Marriott used to be a trustworthy brand.

Was a nice place and would stay there again if in the area again…
Pros:

Clean, you could smell the chlorine of the pool area when you first walked in but that went away in a few minutes. Had a fresh container of water in the lobby that was very good taste & a Coffee table opposite that which was nice..

Cons:

In the Booking advertisement, Breakfast was included as complimentary. Found out it was not and things were Ala Cart, so we did not have breakfast there, big disappointment .
