Pros:

Perfect location for spending 3 days at the San Diego Safari Park. The in-house bistro was convenient and had great food.

Not to happy with my stay
Pros:

Beautiful and welcoming

Cons:

My daughter opened the bed side table and found a box of condoms and lube
We also found chewing tobacco on the floor under a table
Was told there was free breakfast and the next morning was told they do not have breakfast
A/c unit did not work

Was goed. Ruime kamers. Ontbijt was minder.
Pros:

Ontbijt was niet goed geregeld. Ik heb wel betaald voor ontbijt maar ik stond niet op de lijst.

Cons:

Uitleg hoe ik van het ontbijt gebruik kon maken.

I would stay here again if I am in the area.
Pros:

Staff were great. Facility is beautiful. You feel welcomed.

Cons:

Bathroom needs an upgrade. Mainly the shower, toilet, and sink. Remote for TV did not work well. Overall, room was great.

Horrible experience.
Pros:

I booked through a third party. I had to cancel and thought it was within 24 hours in advance snd reschedule. The hotel declined my request. They made me pay when they could have chose to allow me to reschedule. The manager was terrible. I contested and she threatened to call the police on me and told me I was not allowed on the property. I felt attacked and treated in an abusive way. I am unsure why she could not help me. She did everything over email and would not call me. Basically I rescheduled my trip snd booked at another hotel with the rest of my family. Honestly I will definitely think twice before I attempt to stay at a marriot again. I paid $180.00 and did not stay. In addition I was supposed to be charged on the day of check in. I had my credit card turned off two days prior due to a fraud issue. The manager attempted to charge me two days prior and accused me of giving a bad card. I was prepared to pay the day of arrival which was in my booking agreement. I did turn on my card after the accusation and called the third party to give them ok to charge. The extreme lack of unprofessionalism is astounding and sad. I would truly like a refund. My cancelation attempt was 48 hours prior.

Cons:

Sadly I was not given the opportunity to like anything.
