Indifferent employees, blood stained towel
Pros:

The room was big.

Cons:

Housekeeping left a blood stained towel in my room. I brought it to the front desk, there was neither an apology or an offer of another towel in it's place. Also, if you pay for the option of breakfast you should be able to get a coffee to go. I was told if you didn't have the sit down buffet, you have to pay separately if you would like coffee or a bagel to go.

Room only got cleaned once the whole time we were there and being charged to park was kind of crazy.
Pros:

Didn't get breakfast they wanted to charge for it.

Cons:

No charge for parking. They charges 30 dollars for parking at there hotel that we already were paying to stay at.

Pros:

Stuff was very friendly and they accommodate us immediately even though we arrived earlier in the hotel.

Cons:

We got charged $ 10 for overnight parking. Not a huge amount but look like the hotel was trying to make extra money.
