lack of communication made the stay unpleasant.

The location was nice and the staff were super friendly but that was basically the only good thing about the hotel.

Cons:

Wasn't informed ahead of time of the renovations they were having done. walked into the hotel lobby to check in to loud nonstop banging that I was told would stop at 5pm (friday), but what they failed to mention was that it was going to continue all weekend and we would hear it in our room as well. Renovations started as early as 6am both weekend days. Monday (the day we checked out), they shut off the water starting at 10am as well and only informed us by sliding a piece of paper under our door Sunday evening.

I would like to thank the entire staff for their hospitality. Truly welcoming.
Pros:

The staff was amazing! They were friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was amazing! My group and I were very pleased with our stay.

Cons:

The sofa couch was a bit uncomfortable.

It was an excellent stay. Jessica the asst manager was awesome! Dee, the waitress was great

it was good. so nice having the restaurant right in the hotel . Made it so convenient.

Cons:

pool area should be updated. but, I heard they will be doing an update to everything next year

It turned out to be a very good location and easy to access the highway and stores

Cons:

The pool was cold and sad. I thought that there was a breakfast included but it wasn’t. The restaurant was very good.

Food options for food allergies and dietary restrictions are seriously lacking.
Pros:

The property is beautiful and well maintained. I stayed there with a bus tour group in October 2025. Some members of the group had food allergies and dietary restrictions. This information was shared with the hotel well in advance and unfortunately the catering department and restaurant did not offer a menu suitable to meet these needs.

Only offering gluten free bread is not an acceptable choice for people with celiac disease. Simple options could include gluten free pasta with a marinara sauce. Stir fried vegetables with rice. Non dairy and wheat free sauces.

Marriott hotels are not a small chain with limited resources, they are a multi national chain hotel and need to revamp their food options to meet dietary needs and food allergies.
