Coffee in the Rooms is a good idea
Aircon not working no fresh drinking water in your room was just not what I expected and staff person who helped me checking in not very professional they way he handled my checking in.
Decepcionante. Muito limitado!
O Hotel está decadente demais e não vale o preço cobrado.
I liked the location
We were on the sunny side. The sun beat in the window and there was no air conditioning. Direct tv doesn’t work on the 9th floor. Water shut off 3 hours a day on floors 3-5. The buffet breakfast was horrible. There are many scary and drugged homeless people within a block of the hotel.
Location and staff
Needs a little work and updated. But they are working on it.
Unbeatable Location:
The hotel is only a 5 to 6-minute walk to the downtown transit center, the cruise terminal, and major day-tour departure points. It’s incredibly convenient for sightseeing!
Exceptional Front Desk Service:
A huge shout-out to the young lady at the front desk! Her service was warm, highly professional, and efficient. I was so impressed that she honored my elite membership benefits during check-in, even though I had booked through a third-party platform. Additionally, storing our luggage here felt very safe and reliable.
Helpful Concierge:
The concierge desk can help book tours through officially authorized local operators, such as Coastal Helicopters, which made planning our activities seamless.
I highly recommend staying at this hotel!
Hotel is old, needs a remodel, only 2 slow elevators! Narrow hallways, highly scented hallways. TOILET WAS LEAKING. WATER SLOWLY LEAKING ON FLOOR. HAD TO WIPE FLOOR. ROOM FELT HUMID.
STAYED HERE AS PART OF A CRUISE PACKAGE.
glad only one night.
Lobby fine, small restaurant-did not eat there.
Is on Main Street of shopping area.
Don’t recommend won’t be back.
Location was good. Breakfast was okay with several choices.
Room was very warm and there was no way to open the window. The people at the desk were not very helpful in answering questions about where to go to get some basic items when my luggage did not arrive.
Location was perfect. Friendly staff
Parking was tight for truck.
Stayed as a kick off to our tour of the eight Alaska national parks. Not a good choice. This is a tired hotel trying to live on a fame that never was. Loud location and the windows need to stay open to cool the room. Centrally located but for a room at nearly $350 a night there has to be a better option. Keep looking. Review your receipt before leaving, mysterious charge on my card and hotel shifts the blame to restaurant staff instead of owning and resolving the issue.
Well placed
Need update
The room was fine although there was no TV service
The hotel common area is tired and needs an upgrade.
Wanted to watch the World Cup in my room. Nice TV but no service, so we streamed with our computer via the WiFi. Hotel has two elevators for 9 floors. One elevator was functioning although it made all types of weird sounds and the door would close 3/ 4 and then reopen three or four times before closing.
The hotel is old and worn out. Anywhere else this hotel would be lucky to charge $75 a night. It is a bit shocking the poor quality of hotels available in town, and worse the exorbitant rates they charge for shabby facilities.
Location
Terrible breakfast
This hotel is supposed to be one of the better ones in Juneau? No way...what a disappointment! The rooms are tiny and uncomfortable. There was barely any room to sit a suitcase, let alone walk around. The heat in our room could not be turned down and we had to keep the window open all night to keep room temperature livable. The breakfast there was average at best.
