Pros:

The hotel is clean and modern with a contemporary feel. The staff are plentiful and very attentive. The breakfast was the best part by far and it really set you up for exploring this great city!

so nice to have so many complimentary snacks and drinks on offer round the clock. haven't seen it even in posh hotels . even if we did not avail ourselves of it very often the thought counts. the hard working lady in the cafeteria was so efficient and attentive.

Cons:

for some reason our booking was not officially there on the system initially. some problem between booking.com and the hotel. luckily there was one room spare. otherwise we would have been stuffed since we arrived at 4am! thankfully he resolved the issue - reinald. he was polite and professional about it.

スタッフは口コミ通りとてもフレンドリーでした。朝食以外もスナックやドリンクがラウンジで無料で付いているなど、お得感がありました。ロケーションも地下鉄からすぐで便利。

Cons:

私の部屋だけかもしれませんが、シャワーの排水が問題でした。一定時間使うと排水が追いつかず、バスルーム全体に漏れ出してしまったため、途中で何度も止める必要がありました。

Hotel totalmente renovado, trato del personal excelente, camas muy cómodas, smart tv de 55', desayuno bueno, si bien justo de variedad. Lo mejor, disponibilidad de bebidas y snacks variados gratis las 24 horas. Cafetera Nespresso, hervidor de agua y mini bar también gratis en la habitación.
A solo 30 minutos andando del Duomo, es quizás, el hotel más limpio en el que he estado.

Unexpected gem near Centrale.
Pros:

Everything from the rooms to the amazing, attentive staff. Plus the fact that they really take care of you. There is complimentary food served All the time which is unusual.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. Maybe the steps up to the lift but the hotel provides assistance.

It quickly felt like home.
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and attentive. They had free snacks while we waited to register and a nice patio to relax on in the evening with a drink
