Totul, curatenie exemplara cu tot ce implica inclusiv schimbarea zilnica a prosoapelor, amabilitatea personalului , produse de toaleta de calitate , faptul ca desi am platit doar cazare si mic dejun am beneficiat pe parcursul zilei de gustari, salate,legume si fructe , dulciuri, pateuri ,bauturi alcolice, etc, minibarul aprovizionat cu sucuri , apa, alune , gratis prima utilizare ,ulterior aprovizionat zilnic cu apa plata si minerala gratis, nu am mai intalnit un asemenea hotel, pozitionat aproape de gara , 15 - 20 min pe jos, relativ aproape de centru , m as intoarce in Milano doar pentru acest hotel ! Recomand cu incredere !
