Room is spacious
Front door was closed. Parking sucks! The front desk guy looks like he does not want to be there.

A notre arrivée, nous étions effectivement prévenus que le room service ne se faisait que tout les deux jours. Or, sur une période de dix jours/nuitées en tout, ce room service n'a eu lieu que le deuxième et le quatrième jour, et plus du tout par la suite. Pourtant, nous en avons parlé à la réception, sans résultat
The Sternwheeler Hotel is clean and comfortable, and its location is great - close to restaurants and shopping, and right across from the MacBride Museum. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful at checkin/checkout and when we needed to store our luggage and return our rental clothing. I would have given it a 5 but there was some noise in the hallway when Aurora viewers returned late at night, but we probably made the same noise so it was easily forgiven.
The location was pretty good which was close to some cafes and restaurants. Me and my partner also had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel which was nice too!
We had to return the rental cloths and leave the hotel about 6:30am coz of the flight but there is no staff at the front. We were suppose to be able to return the cloth through the hotel but we ended up to leave them behind the counter and sent the email later. The hotel was lovely tho!

Rooms are clean. although dated. Towels were thin and the mattress too firm so not very comfortable.
