Holland America Dawson City Inn

A great spot. We were fortunate to have a lovely suite in the main building the first night. It was exceptional! Unfortunately we could only have it for one night and had to move for the second night The second room was fine, just not exceptional. Restaurant was very good for dinner. Dawson is a very fun City!

I loved this place. Was a little warm with no AC but that is to be expected. The beds were comfy, it was clean, the food was good, and it was close to everything (although in Dawson that is normal).

Rooms weren’t ready when we arrived and they told us to come back at 5. Just not ideal when you’ve had a long travel day.

The hotel rooms are a bit dated but otherwise a great stay.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. Loved the history of the place! The rooms had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfy as well. The staff were helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a very old property and has been updated. They did a great job keeping the historical feel of the town while making it comfortable for the modern traveler. I just wish the laundry facilities were separate and open later. :)

Cleanliness and lovely decor

Good, clean and spacious room with comfortable beds, fluffy towels and basis amenities. Welcoming staff. Easy, free local parking and walking distance to everything in Dawson City.
Glad to have a fan in the room as it was quite warm for August.Good water oressure in the shower.

It was a pleasant place to stay and located in the middle of what we wanted to see and do. The staff was great and made it fun. The beds were so small we each stayed in a different bed. The bathroom is tiny. Wished for an a la carte menu rather than the buffet both mornings, but we understand it was a very busy weekend. Wished for wi-fi in the rooms, but not a big deal. Having self-service laundry WAS a big deal for half-way through our journey- thank you.

The buildings were colourful and dinner at Belindas was good. All was great with the room except no elevator and we were on the second floor. That’s only a problem when carrying baggage in and out.

Comfy clean room!

The hotel needs some updating. It seems a little tired. Everything worked as it should. Room was cleaned daily. We were in a room across the street and the farthest from the lobby. WiFi was iffy. You needed to go sit in the lobby for good WiFi. Time to improve that. We had to carry our bags up to the second floor. We could have used some help. The stay was pretty average. The prices did not reflect the quality of the hotel. The stay was overpriced.

Big room, comfy bed

Great place to stay highly recommend this place. Limited parking if you drive there but still recommend this place.

Overall a great stay. Friendly staff and clean rooms.
Our room was right next to the laundry room so it was quite loud. The breakfast buffet did not serve real eggs and was very expensive. The WiFi was extremely slow.

The room is small, no fridge or microwave, the location is convenient.
