I was placed in a handicap room and told there was not another available room at my discounted price as I did it online. The bed was in the floor n I had tj drop to get on it. The toilet was super low to ground and

The room was very comfortable. The hotel is centrally located and very quiet.

I believe carpets are very dusty. It is ok stay bit will not stay there.

We have not cone across any room cleaning instances. Another room left a glass outside which stayed in the corridor 4 full days. Noone picked that up.

The staff were fantastic. The location was good. It was easy to walk to fun and interesting places. The beds, and shower were good.

Staff is super nice
Clean. Nice spacious room

Cons:

Temperature in the room was super cold and no heater in the room. Only airconditioner and this is in Alaska.
The coffeeshop had very few items. If you wanted to eat you were almost forced to eat at the restaurants in the hotel.

Great hotel in a great city
Pros:

Fantastic view, Good breakfast, Center location, evening free appetizers and desert, good shower and bathroom. Shopping, tourism, food - all 1-5 minutes walk.
