It was nice, it was clean.
They did not have shuttle service to the airport. They did not have toothpaste, they did have a toothbrush, but no toothpaste.

Non mi è piaciuto che al check in mi hanno chiesto oltre al deposito di 200 dollari (di cui ero a conoscenza) altri 235 dollari di non so cosa. Dopo il mio reclamo hanno decurtato la cifra.
Appena arrivata in camera , ho sposato la poltrona e ho trovato un calzino sporco di qualche ospite precedente, li ho portato al desk per reclamare e anche stavolta non si sono scusati.
Il mio letto aveva due pezzi di ferro che uscivano dalla base e mi sono ferita sbattendoci. Non ho più reclamato perché sarebbe stato inutile.

The room was big and clean. The staff were all friendly that they gave me chocolate and prepared hot water. And there were plenty of parking spaces.
Room was clean. Hot water didnt always work. WiFi was poor. Terrible fitness center. Food was mediocre at best. Staff was good. Heat would randomly blast even when set to cool, woke up sweeting multiple time had to open the window to -12 degree outside to help. Dry wall severely crack in my room. Missing light fixtures in room. They had a carpet contractor grinding the floor late into the evening

The location.
1. I went to the café for coffee and requested Oat milk. The hostess put her nose to the milk to smell it. I didn't use the milk. That was very distasteful!
2. There was a banging noise coming from the HVAC vent. I looked inside and saw the AC filter was literally filthy. It was so obstructed with dust there was no to little airflow. I had to call down to te front desk 3 times to have it replaced. I turned off the system in subzero weather to eliminate the noise. I was also congested nasally and coughing. I finally offered to change the filter myself. I had to call the 3rd time and request to speak with the manager before maintenance came came to change the filter. It literally to 30 seconds. The noise stopped immediately. I was able to use the HVAC system peacefully.
3. The initial room I was offered reminded me of a slum. It was dilapidated and felt dirty. It was also attached to an adjoining room. I was traveling alone. The front desk staff initially said there were no more rooms available. I started looking for another hotel. She was able to find another room.
I was surprised to find out this hotel is part of the Hilton brand. Very disappointing.

Bathroom was falling apart, you could barely bump the shelves and they’d pop out of place while showering. The ac did not work at all, I’d just be sitting in bed sweating without doing anything.
