It was a great experience, I was surprised that they provided outlets for the cars. But in that area it gets up to -40.
They were out of quarters, I needed laundry to be washed but that’s okay.
There was no breakfast buffet - ordered mine at the restaurant.
There was no view, no heat until maintenance came during the final night, and NO INTERNET!
We arrived about an hour before check-in and asked if early check-in was possible. The front desk declined without providing an explanation, even after we mentioned our travel plan. We were eventually allowed to check in 30 minutes early, while other early arrivals were checked in without issue. Overall, the hotel was satisfactory, but the front desk experience left a less professional impression.
No drinks in vending machines. I went to 3 different floor before I gave up.
This hotel fell short of expectations. On the plus size the food in the restaurants was good and beds comfortable. On the minus side was the gift shop closed ‘for maintenance’, no spa or salon as confirmed on copilot. No actual shuttle…took a cab to and from airport. Front desk staff gal not helpful and seemed to have no personality. Toilets were really small which may sound funny but the guys did not think so. Hope this helps!
Uns wurde eine Gute teure Jacke aus dem Zimmer gestohlen während wir beim Frühstück waren.
Die Wechselmaschiene für die Waschmaschine war ausser Betrieb und das ganze Hotel hatte keine Möglichkeit zu wechseln.
Dieses Hotel war extrem enttäuschend.

It was close to the hospital where I needed to check in early in the morning.
It was a good stay
Room could have been cleaner. shower wall dirty and refrigerator had not been cleaned out from last person staying in that room

noisy area and uncomfortable sofa bed. Loading suitcases into the truck every morning very early woke people up.
Good location. Walking distance from lots of restaurants, shops and sites. They are on a shuttle line that you can ride all day for $10. It has a big tour bus and makes a loop every hour.
Hotel is fairly quiet, even thought there are lots of people staying here. Attached restaurant, and they also have a breakfast buffet.
Bathrooms need updating. Plastic bath tub/shower bottoms spongy, round front toilet had a seat that was actually peeling, the shower walls still had soap splashes from previous guest, carpet in room wasn't vacuumed very well at all.
Location to UAF was great.
Very unclean, stained carpets and some of the towels looked used.
Staff was condescending when asked questions.
Didn’t get cleanings between nights and no refreshed coffee bags.
The smell was horrendous and we could not switch rooms
The carpeting was covered with stains, the smell was so bad it triggered my daughters migraines. It was nasty.
