Very disappointing. Staffs were not helpful and did not even care.
Cons:

It was snowing and no path to walk from my building to the office. They know when it snows and they should make a path . I called at 9am to ask for someone to help with my suitcases , was told to wait about 45 minutes. There was no elevator so i brought my suitcase three floor down and waited more than additional one hr. It took them two hrs and every time i called, they said we only have one person doing the airport route and bringing guests to lobby. Check out was at 11 . I asked the maintenance, asked the cleaning crew and also asked a lady that came to check on a unit, just to give me ride for the few feet that was not walkable, None of them agreed and said sorry!!
One of the cleaning crew told me “ I would call a taxi if i was you “

Pros:

This hotel is clearly under construction, and I was placed in the worst wing. The first room I got was dirty and extremely humid. That body wash was almost out. They did get me new room, but it was also on the dirty side. The AC worked so it was fine but there was no hand soap, so I had to use body wash to clean my hands. The bathroom was gross and had not been cleaned behind the toilet. Though this is not the hotel problem, but people and kids were running up and down the hallway well past 11pm. Someone banged on my door as well. It was just an overall bad experience. It was not worth paying $20 cheaper to stay here.

Cons:

The room and entire wing. The no hand soap was disappointing and the tv had like three (maybe four) channels and all but one were news.

Cons:

A dirty towel and hair in the shower, pee on the toilet rim in my room I had just checked in was not good or how the cost was $45 dollars more than my email sent me with nothing added to it from me. Other than that it was good.

Very disappointing. Ok hotel but no good for tourists.

I asked for a top floor room since I am such a light sleeper. They said they would do their best to accommodate. I made the reservation well over a month in advance. I even called the hotel front desk. No top floor room and I got very little sleep because of all the noise from above.

Le personnel est accueillant et bien veillant surtout le personnel du restaurant le Husky

Cons:

L'état de propreté qui reste un peu à désirer, cheveux et poils dans la douche et cheveux dans un des couchages.

Pros:

It was a great experience, I was surprised that they provided outlets for the cars. But in that area it gets up to -40.

Pros:

We arrived about an hour before check-in and asked if early check-in was possible. The front desk declined without providing an explanation, even after we mentioned our travel plan. We were eventually allowed to check in 30 minutes early, while other early arrivals were checked in without issue. Overall, the hotel was satisfactory, but the front desk experience left a less professional impression.

Disappointed
Pros:

This hotel fell short of expectations. On the plus size the food in the restaurants was good and beds comfortable. On the minus side was the gift shop closed ‘for maintenance’, no spa or salon as confirmed on copilot. No actual shuttle…took a cab to and from airport. Front desk staff gal not helpful and seemed to have no personality. Toilets were really small which may sound funny but the guys did not think so. Hope this helps!
