Cleanliness and friendly staff. Room was cleaned each day of stay.

Cons:

My only complaint, which is small is the cleaning crew forgot to give us new washcloths when they cleaned our room. They took our dirty towels & washcloths and only replaced the towels. We used the extra hand towels as washcloths instead of calling the front desk and asking for washcloths. Nothing major, just a minor inconvenience. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Pros:

The room was very comfortable and clean I especially loved the soaps and lotion.

Cons:

The pool was a bit cold and the fact it has been about a week or so and still haven't received my deposit back.

Overall, a decent hotel for the price but cleanliness should be prioritized more along with keeping the food stocked for
Pros:

The location is great! Free breakfast, which is always a plus but by 8:30am, the selection was sparse…

Cons:

I found several hairs in my shower (before I used it) and on top of one of the “clean” towels…

Nice for a quick trip.

Poor front desk help
Pros:

Room was clean

Cons:

The girl at the front desk was very unhelpful. I left my watch when I checked out. I realized it when I was 500 miles away. I called but the girl at the desk was useless, refusing to go to the room and check for it. The next day, the manager went to the room, found my watch and held it aside so I could get it picked up.
I’m not sure why the girl wouldn’t go get it. When I asked why, she just remained quiet.

Very nice and quiet
Pros:

Breakfast was okay not alot of choices but good for what they offered, and clean. Room was very nice clean and confertable and quiet.

Cons:

It could use another rail in bathroom to hang wet towels on one was not enough for two peoples towels and wash rags. The lady that was doing breakfast the first day was very annoyed about something and did not pay attention to what needs to be filled.

I will not stay there again
Pros:

The 1st afternoon, we went out on the town and when we got back we were locked out of our room. The clerk at the desk rolled her eyes a second time before replacing our keys. When we told her our refrigerator was not working, she didn't even respond to us.

Cons:

The attitude, non working refrigerator, the breakfast that was served looked Horrible!! The eggs were really runny and the sausage looked burned badly.

All in all, it was a nice stay and the facility was honestly very clean and staff were great.
Pros:

I thought the staff were wonderful people. Ton was a great help, and a nice young lady at the front desk helped me in navigating UBER, which is a difficult app. Nanny was a gracious manager. The room was large, the bed was very comfortable, and there was always available coffee. Plus, the breakfast was a real treat. All in all, I would recommend this inn to everyone. I really liked it and the staff.

Cons:

My room was on the 1st floor. The construction worker staying in the room directly above mine started walking around in his construction boots at 5 am in the morning. Give me a break. Then, the next night, a family with kids stayed in the room, and the children were running back and forth. People should be told no construction boots at 5 or 6 am, and kids cannot run back and forth in the room.
