Very poor hotel in a very bad location
Good location, very close to the railway and metro station.
Staff promised to extend stay until 7pm then told me later that they are sold out!
Well positioned to access Milano Centrale station. Easily workable to places to eat and all the shops in Centrale Station.

It was perfect for my one nigh stopover. I would not want to stay more than that as there are many prettier area around Milan. Staff were fine and room was clean and functional
Three stars. Honestly if it wasn’t for the horrible shower drain flooding, I’d probably give it 4 or 5 stars. The first time I took a shower and the shower drain was semi clogged, and there wasn’t a high enough rim around the edges, so the water poured out and flooded the whole bathroom. Asked for the room to be changed, and I got a different room with the same problem. At this point I gave up and I just turned the water on for a few min at a time and waited for the water to slowly drain. Super annoying
Other than this, location was great and the room was modern and clean.

Luxurious style rooms
I booked the king size bed room but they didn’t give me king size bed and it was very uncomfortable. No sheer coverings on the window. We had to cover the window with thick curtains all the time. It’s like staying in the dungeon. No coffee machine. Very limited bathroom amenities. Can’t be 4 star hotel.

Unfortunately, the room was smellying moldy and the AC was so bad room is so hot.
Hotel is next to the train station and also has great metro access points nearby that can take you pretty much everywhere.
Great place but be ready to wake up to banging of things every morning starting at like 6.30-7am. Walls make it feel like they’re paper thin. Can hear everything outside of your door and as I said lots of banging early in the morning from the cleaners.
The hotel was easily accessible by metro and train, and also close to my car rental return. There are a lot of nearby restaurants and bars, and was safe and walkable at night. The rooms are spacious with tinted glass, making it great during the summer. The included breakfast is also filling - a great selection! I highly recommend the hotel, and would definitely book here again!
