A good place to stay in Lawrence, KS.
Pros:

The location is good, about halfway between downtown and the west end of town, and on a major street. The breakfast was pretty typical for this type of hotel, but a bit better than average.

Cons:

I really have no complaints. It's a good place to stay in Lawrence.

Clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay in Lawrence
Pros:

I did not have the breakfast but I appreciated the coffee being hot and ready when I left early on Christmas Morning!

We will definitely stay here again!
Pros:

The room including the bathroom felt freshly renovated and very clean. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. And the staff was very helpful both before and during our stay - we needed help checking in late the night before Thanksgiving and it was well organized.

Cons:

One morning we encountered another hotel guest in the breakfast space who was open carrying. It was uncomfortable and we wished the hotel did not allow guns on the premises but had guests keep them locked in their cars.
