Customer service was great, the room was clean, the facilities (elevator) we bad.
Pros:

The staff was all exceptional. They were courteous and professional.

Cons:

The elevator was almost unusable. We took the stairs up and down three floors most of the time. The breakfast options were not what we are accustomed to when staying at Hampton Inns. They should provide a better continental breakfast with more hot options.

Overall stay was good.
Pros:

Overall, our stay away good. This was our second time staying at this location. Our room was fairly clean and the staff were friend. We would definitely stay here again.

The elevator wasn’t working.

Pros:

The location, location, location. I enjoyed the staff was so welcoming and helping make sure your stay was fantastic. Even though their were different shifts, the customer service has been consistent during our stay. The staff helped with questions of how to navigate Raleigh, and Garner. Looking forward to staying at Hampton Inn Raleigh/Garner several times this year and my family and friends will be staying too. Thank you for striving for excellence (Job Well Done!!)

Cons:

I like to stay longer and more often. Will also bring referrals and my family and friends will be coming too.

Overall a great stay. Would stay here again.
Pros:

The staff here was very friendly. The location was convenient. Our room and the facilities were well kept.

Cons:

Our heat did not work the first two nights. The vent kept blowing out cold air but the staff fixed it very quickly.
