Ask about room availability away from the renovation work before you book a room.
Pros:

I've been here several times before. The property was sold to a new buyer, they are renovating. I needed the accessible room. It was the only one available, as the one on the second floor being rehabbed. Tuesday afternoon I was trying rest and they were grinding on the floor just above me. I called the front desk and I was told there was nothing they could do. I ended getting terrible headache from the noise. I think if they knew they would have someone needing the only accessible room available, they would given the workers a heads up. I was only there a few days, and I'm not sure I'll return.

Cons:

As above. I usually sleep in and it wasn't possible the last 2 days because of the workers.
