Desk personnel should be more professional, such as look neater and don't sit around playing on your phone every time you have some free time.

Pros:

Overall this is a nice property. The courtyard in the middle of the hotel is a nice touch, and there are several small lounge areas on the second floor, along with a large lobby. The hotel seems a little dated and is probably getting close to a renovation. Signs of wear and tear in the room and on the walls, but the room itself was clean and comfortable. Nice location across the street from a Wegmans and close to both Lehigh/Lafayette.

We'll be going back in a couple of weeks.
Cons:

I wish that the indoor pool had some more natural lighting. It would have been nice to have lounge chairs and just a little more of the outside inside. It was very humid.

Convenient and clean
Pros:

Convenient location. Nice outside property and lounge area.

Cons:

King mattress too hard. Would be nice if bottles of water were put in the guestrooms as complimentary. Complementary breakfast just OK.
