Pros:

Looks nice from the outside, but the inside needs complete renovation. Sinks are old curtain rods are rusted, refrigerator is rusted etc.

You get what you pay for.
Pros:

The location was not out of the way.

Cons:

No elevator is, no hair dyer, no compliment coffee, the bed was hard, the floors were not clean, a big soft post by the bed, the stove said a burner was on, but it wasn’t. The kitchen was not stocked, all of the cabinets are empty.
