Excellent and wonderful
Pros:

The friendly staff. I had an issue with the room I was placed in. I told the woman at the front desk by the name of Anna what the issue was with my room. She went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was wonderful.

nice but could be better
Pros:

the price the easy booking and options to pay online or pay when you arrive and the suite was nicer than I expected will definitely be suggesting and rebooking this hotel when I'm in the area

Cons:

the 100 deposit for damages, and the no cash payment option I checked out before my late check out time for noon and still didn't receive my 100 deposit back yet why does it take so long to get back but takes seconds to take out of your bank account. and could not pay the 100 deposit in cash which most hotels I've been at at least allowed that to return with you checked out

Pros:

The Bartender he was awesome. Great company to his customers. Breakfast wasn’t so good. English muffin wasn’t even toasted. Didn’t get crispy bacon like I asked. Then they charge for juice. My opinion if you’re staying there juice should be included. Not everyone drinks coffee
