An optimum stay at lovely Nice
Pros:

The location of the hotel was just perfect. I could reach the train station and the seaside within a short walk. I loved the view of the room a lot. The breakfast was very good, and the personnel was very polite with great hospitality. I also liked the free water facility.

Cons:

A pair of slippers would be a good addition for the room, but there were no downsides other than that.

A gem of a hotel
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel, where you feel welcomed and cared for as soon as you walk in the door. The rooms are lovely, the team are very friendly and informative and the location is perfect for exploring the city and the surrounding area.

Cons:

I prefer to have a walk in shower rather than a shower over a bath - so that is the only thing I would change in the room we were in - not an issue - just personal preference.

Lovely boutique hotel in a good spot in Nice.
Pros:

Lovely feel to the hotel, friendly staff, comfortable room, good bathroom. Very happy

Cons:

Only complaint is the mattress was a little too firm for our liking.

Good hotel for a family holiday
Pros:

We are a family of four with 2 teenagers and stayed in a room with a sofa bed and a doubled that worked good for us. The room had a small kitchen that was good since we opted to get/make our own breakfast and also the fridge allowed for snacks and foods to be bought/kept. The bed was comfortable and the sofa bed ok. Bathroom clean although a bit outdated perhaps. The room was not very soundproof so there was quite a lot of noice from the corridor/other rooms. In general, the room was very nice but the hotel lobby and stairs/elevator a bit outdated. There was free coffee and filtered water all day which was nice. The personnel were very nice. The hotel is located perfectly just a few blocks from the beach and meny nice boulangeries and restaurants just around the corner. Also a small grocery store on the next block.

Cons:

The lobby, elevator and stairs (carpet) seem a bit outdated. The rooms were not that soundproof but the neighborhood quite peaceful and other hotel guests as well so this was mostly a problem when wanting to sleep in.

Bed and pillows comfortable. Location great, i prefer being on the edge of the main town but its close enough to walk. I always stay here, great restaurants and cafes near by

I knew before I booked that there wasn’t a walk-in shower but if there were it would make the hotel excellent!

Fantastic location and apartment, will definitely return and recommend!
Pros:

Perfectly positioned within 10 minutes of the tram and train station, and 5 minutes from the beach.
Staff were polite and helpful, the room itself was spacious and comfortable!

Cons:

Breakfast could be a little more varied, but for the price point it was certainly good enough for us for a few days!
