Pros:

L‘hôtel est très charmant avec son ambiance recherchée des années 20. Nous avons également beaucoup apprecié son emplacement, en plein centre de Nice dans le Carré d’Or et à quelques pas de la promenade et de toutes les attractions touristiques. La literie est excellente, le lit est grand et confortable. Le service est bon et personnalisé, quoique variable selon le personnel. L‘hôtel est family friendly, avec l’installation d’un lit bébé gratuit, et nous avons pû emprunter des jeux et livres pour enfant.

Cons:

Les appartements mériteraient quelques rafraichissements, plusieurs choses étaient défectueuses (porte qui coulisse mal, la chasse d‘eau etc). Le petit déjeuner est correct mais ne vaut pas le prix (les jus ou salades de fruits ne sont pas frais, peu d‘optipns salées et végetariennes etc). Les 4* de l‘hôtel sont un peu surprenant aux vues des prestations et du service.

Wonderful location and friendly staff! Would stay again!
Pros:

location (3-minute walk to water, 10-20-minute walk to most things), breakfast was very good, coffee and water in lobby, friendly staff, we booked a one-bedroom apartment with a balcony which was large for our longer stay, rooms are quiet (we were in room 404, so it was high, and we didn’t hear much street noise; we didn’t hear much noise from hallway either, and the elevator was just outside our door) even when the hotel was full, elevator worked well

Cons:

The breakfast room can get very crowded, the hotel room could use some upgrades and maintenance (floors are old, plumbing fixtures are old), room for toilet is so small we had to open the door to sit down or stand up, tub is slippery when showering and the step in was very high, hook for hand nozzle does not always stay up properly and you have to hold the nozzle above your head if you are tall, water temperature varied while showering (but it was always ok), bulb in living room light didn’t work, room was dark at night (needs more lighting), bed was hard, housekeeping didn’t clean toilet during our stay

Labai gera vieta, pačiame miesto centre. Paprasta pasiekti oro uostą. Iki traukinių stoties vos 15 min.pėsčiomis. Kambariai ne nauji, bet nieko netrūksta.

Cons:

Galėtų būti didesnė pusryčių įvairovė, nes kasdien tie patys kiaušinių patiekalai ir blynai.
