The staff, the location, the mini kitchen is a must! The bed very comfortable. The bathroom had a large ledge for putting toiletries.

The Staff is amazing! They go above and beyond for the residents.
The bed in room L17 needs to be thrown away! It creaked and squeaked every single time you moved and you could also hear every footstep from the room above.

Cute boutique, hotel in residential type area. Wonderful for walking around and close to train station. Comfortable beds and a little more space than downtown London hotels. Staff was friendly andhelpful and we loved the evening glass of wine in the lobby.

Polite and helpful staff. Very quiet rooms. The beds were very comfortable. The shower....I still daydream about the shower. On-demand endless hot water and water pressure that will power-wash the dirt off of you. Glorious.

Locatie, was een rustig hotel waardoor het in de nachten lekker stil was.
De maat/grote van het bed en de kamer. Voor ons was het niet zo duidelijk dat de kamer en vooral het bed zo klein waren.
The hotel is situated at a nice location. Beautiful building too. I also like the daily evening wine session from 6pm.

Temizlik çok kötüydü, eğer temizlik sizin için hassas ise kalmayın. Çöpe attığımız çöpleri çıkarıp odanım içinde unutmuşlar bir baktık ki öylece çöpler yerde duruyor! Oda o kadar küçük ki büyük boy valiz açıldığında adım atacak yer kalmıyor. Bu fiyat aralığı için hizmet kalitesi kötüydü, çıkarken her şey yolunda mı diye bile sorulmadı, kendimizi nasıl atacağımızı bilemedik!
The staff and overall atmosphere
Great area! The property itself seemed quite old. Our toilet clogged itself every day we stayed. There was some sort of electrical box just outside our room that emitted a very high pitched whirling sound that was relentless. They said they fixed it, but the sound persisted and was even louder after. I can still hear the ringing in my ears. Got zero sleep even with ear plugs. Not restful
The room in general was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was convenient. Staff was in general friendly and helpful.
The set up of the room was just awful. The working desk is right at the door of the toilet so if a person sits there to work or something, you can't get into the toilet. Also it doesn't feel good to work sitting just outside of the toilet.
Besides that little table outside of the toilet, there are no other places to sit if you got food from outside or ordered room service, which one feels a bit disgusting and two the table is very small so there isn't even enough space to put your food on the table.
Minor problem is that the bath tub didn't feel very clean to use, but I think it's just because it's old with quite a few in black spots.
Overall it wasn't a bad stay but that set up just far outweighs the good, and makes it not worth the price.
