Outside appearance.

Cons:

Room was disgusting. Many stains on carpet, big and small. Would hate to take a blue light to it. The elevator was dirty as well. Very disappointed for the money I spent.

I had two rooms mistakenly booked and staff told me one room wouldn't be charged and thrn I was charged anyway and was told there was nothing they could do.

These are very easy fixes and should be easy to maintain if there were more options available I would’ve left first nigh

It was conveniently located to where I needed to be for the duration of my trip

Cons:

The property was dirty. The elevator was always dirty, the hallway and room carpets were uneven and stained. The room had dirt and dust all over it. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. There was a ring around the tub along with rust around the knobs. The walls had fingerprints everywhere.

Completely disappointed
Pros:

Nothing......We were extremely disappointed in the rooms. The bed spreads had brown stains on them. The carpet appeared to be very old and gross. I wouldn't walk barefoot for sure. We cannot get how this hotel has such a high rating. I would NOT recommend this hotel at all.
