Only there for 5 hours.
Cons:

The property is run down and needs updating. The room appeared clean but there was a strong smell of air freshener that seemed to be for covering up smells. The external door by the parking lot did not lock.

Rundown property with structural issues. This is a terrible property, and you should avoid staying here.
Pros:

This is a terrible hotel. It is in dire need or remodeling. There are numerous issues with this property. For example, outdoor door locks do not work. Even the wireless internet does not work. My colleague and I stayed here for two trips with a total of four separate rooms. The rooms smell of mold and mildew, and most everything in the room is scratched or dinged up. This hotel should be closed down until it can be gutted out and completely remodeld. Marriott should be ashamed to allow this property to continue to operate.

Do not stay at this Marriott. It is awful
Pros:

The hotel is filthy. There were two bags of garbage under the sink left from the previous guest. The accessible shower was stained and small hairs from previous guest. The lady at front desk was doing her best and offered to clean the shower, but that is not her job. She could not give me chemicals to clean it, but gave me towels and extra palmolive. We could not even eat breakfast as we were afraid of what might be in the food. After about 3 pm, it appears that there is only one employee in the hotel, and although the front desk lady did her best, it is certainly not her job to take care of everything. The hotel is very poorly managed. Just because the sign says Marriott, does not guarantee cleanliness or quality. I have spent over 2,000 night in Marriott and I am just about done with them.

Won't come back obviously the young man on Monday...hotels are not his calling

The layout of the room

Cons:

When we checked in on Monday the employee never made eye contact or smiled. Wasn't nice. Said we were just basic members and couldn't get a goody bag. Consisting of a small bottle of water a cookie and a protein bar. When we checked in the prior Thursday the you g man made us feel very welcome and gave us a bag.

A disgrace to the Marriott brand
Pros:

Sadly, this hotel is well below the standards you expect from a Residence Inn, or any Marriott chain. We arrived to our room to find portable A/C unit since the primary room A/C was down for repairs. (We called to inquire about changing rooms and was told that 30+ rooms have the same portable A/C.). The carpet has stains; the room (and entire hotel) had no bars of soap in the room; there was a hair ball in the bathroom sink; and many many other signs of poor maintenance and housekeeping.

I ask for another room - but was told no others were available since I had arrived late.

Marriott should either remodel, sell, or shut down this location.

Great location, great value!
Pros:

Great location, great price. I had to book 2 rooms, so I was looking for a cheap but decent place, and this fit the bill. It was nicer than decent - older but everything was nice and clean.

Cons:

Bathrooms could use an update - they were kind of dingy but not unclean.

Pros:

Location, floor plan of room, friendly staff, decent breakfast.

Cons:

Dirty, pet hair all over stairs and in room, bug on bed. Kitchen drawer only had 2 forks- no other silverware. Hide a bed was so uncomfortable- could feel springs in back. Main bed had greasy headboard. Cleanliness is an issue.
